Here are a few recent pictures of my handsome boy. I love him to pieces and it kills me sometimes. My parents and I have both noticed him slowing down. He's picked up a bit recently so I'm wondering if it was just from the constant company we had the last 2 weeks. We had people in and out of our house so it may have been a bit stressful for him, who knows.

We took him and Nala to the beach the other day. It was so relaxing to sit out there with the both of them. :]

How handsome our Simba is! He's put in his time. Now he deserves to chill and relax and watch his 2 little sisters have their puppy time. Kay, I used to watch Cody get older and worry about our time left together until it drove me nuts. I refuse to do that with Logan. I enjoy her everyday. Simba's got a long life ahead of him. He's more handsome than ever and I can see the happiness and glow in his beautiful eyes. I remember when he was your only dog! Simba-Lou!

Hunky boy, indeed!! Kay, he is a very handsome boy. The pictures are beautiful and your Simba is a wonderful model. He looks so happy in all the pics. I love how he lays by the pool looking so proud and happy and how you can see his reflection in the water. I think this one is my fav. He looks extremely happy and so eager to please.

What a handsome, happy boy. :) He really does have a lot of time left. Stop worrying and keep on enjoying. You will start to realize the changes aren't as significant as you thought (I understand, I felt the same way with my first dog as she aged, but growing older doesn't mean they don't still have tons of life left to enjoy).

Simba and the girls are so cute. I can never get enough of them.

Kay, don't focus on his age too much. I had a diabetic mixed breed dog that lived to be 18 years old. My mom used to give him insulin shots everyday and we thought he wouldn't make it too long but he did! Simba has many years left.

Thank you all very much. You have no clue how much your comments on my boy really mean to me. I love that dog so much it makes me cry sometimes.
I think he's beautiful. I could kiss his little nose a million times. It's so weird, I used to think he was SO big. Now whenever I pet him compared to Ki or Nala (mostly Nala) he feels SO dainty.
