These people must have been at our house today! Ritz has been afflicted with RCOS (Random Cat Outburst Syndrome) all evening!
At 14lbs, she's like a little furry bowling ball with feet rumbling through the house!
I can just picture Ritzie!!!
Here's another Cat With Hands cartoon that really tickled me. Sometimes I let Olivia accompany me in our semi-enclosed patio/dozens of potted plants-garden -- this cartoon is my little fur baby in action in our garden!!! (Cassy will explore the potted plants for maybe a minute, then he's up and out and exploring the outside world.   :( :o So gardening is a 'girl only activity' in our home and doesn't that disgust him!
(Note: This cartoon is the 1 Mar 2002 one from the "Cat with Hands" website.)
I just noticed your new signature line, Tuxlover! May I suggest the possible exception of creamed corn to your list of things improved by being sat on by Ritz!!! ;) :D :p
Agreed, Amberlee...creamed corn should just be banned from the earth anyway :D
Oh LOL AmberLee - I just love these Cat with Hands you post. The gardening one is JUST my three to a 'T'. They insist on helping and every bush is sat IN, not on definitley in!! Then Ketchum thinks I need help digging!! OH it's real hard work with helping furkids!!!!
Did you say there was a website for Cats with Hands? I must look it up.
Lynne
:D :D :D Thanks for the laughs this morning, Amberlee!!!
That guy "Booth" used to (maybe still does)always have great cat 'toons in the New Yorker mag. Love these :D Even smelling creamed corn makes me retch :o
Yeah thanks Amberlee - Friday is great, but now its better:D :D
LOL Thanks Amberlee. These are cute. And tuxluvr, I think there might be something in the air because even 15 year old Tubby is quite frisky these last couple of days. It's like he's just looking for trouble lately, and the herds are quite loud these days.
Terry's been out of town for a few days. He came home yesterday and was hogging the computer again last night when Tubby started up. He (Terry) looked at me and asked "What's gotten into him?"
I guess it's spring!:) :D :) :D
LOL LOL I always get a kick out of Cats with Hands....

You know, I think there is somthing to that! Even though Ritz doesn't go outside, we do open the back door when the weather gets warmer and the smell and feel of the fresh air does have an affect!.Quote:

Ritz has been tearing through the house like a ferret on double cappucino! She gets that look in her eye (similar to our beloved "Scooter" - that "kitty on the edge' look) and literally bounces off the walls and furniture like she was wound up too tight or like a balloon that was blown up and then let fly around the room.....
Hee, hee, hee. Isn't spring *grand*?
Oh my!! :eek:Quote:

Now that brings up visions of a sight to behold!!!;)
We open the doors and windows too when it gets warm. The other day Tubby was asleep in the bedroom which is about as far away from the back door as you can get (without going in the basement). I opened the back door and about 5 seconds later he was there. How did he know I opened it, and how did he get there so fast? I guess he can still move pretty good for an old guy - when he wants to that is.
A testament to your good kitty care - a happy active senior cat-izenQuote:
