Rejoining the Workforce...

Well, after 3 months of laying around, getting tanned, enjoying myself emmensely, I'm going to join the workforce once again. ;)

I start my week-long temp job tomorrow (Today?) at 10:00 a.m. Next week, I'll start my job at the hospital. :)

Its a front desk person at a Financial company...that's all I know. Oh! Starting Tuesday, I'll be the one that opens the office at 9:00 a.m. so that's kind of nice.

I'm a bit nervous. I hope this is a nice company to work for. I can't imagine it'll be terrible. ;) And if it is, I only have to be there for a week, right?

As you can see, its 12:53 a.m. and I'm not yet in bed...but I'm close. I have my lunch packed, breakfast planned, coffee maker set and my clothes picked out. I'm all set!

You'll do great Kelly!! The first few days are difficult usually but everything will smooth out. Your co-workers will love you sweetie. Have fun and enjoy!!:D

It was a pretty good day. Everyone is really nice (only one angry caller) and the day went quickly after I had more to do.

I'm sooooo exhausted and my entire body hurts!! :(

The temp staffing person let me know that they hired someone to fill this job, so starting tomorrow, I'll be training her! And, the best part is I get Friday off now! While the $$ is needed, my body is going to need an extra day off.

The only thing that got me here today were the bills I have to pay. My body hurts worse than last night, but I need to get used to working again. Owie... ;)

I have free time till people start getting into the office (about 10), so they told me I can use the internet! WOOHOO!! ;) Yay for unprofessional offices...ha ha

OK, I'll update this thread tonight when I get home. Is it 5:00 yet?
