I am using the nicotine patch. I don't know if it works on everyone but I urge you to NOT smoke while you're on the patch. You could have some serious problems and I of course, don't want any of you to have those kind of problems.

Oh, Krista congratulations on 30 days without smoking! I've been smoke free for almost 24 years now. I quit the tough way cold turkey. I took a puff of one six weeks after I quit an I thought I was going to die! No more after that.Krista, do you need drinks for the party?
