Oh my gosh, how very sweet of you Missy to start this thread:) !I was not crying yet, but now I am!! I just left my bed again and tried to eat some yoghurt while checking "Sirrahsim and Boomer".
I hope it stayes IN my stomach this time... :( . One good thing is this: I stood on my scale, and I lost 3 kg in 4 days :eek: :eek:

I desperately need some food, because I cannot take any medicine to fight pain, so you can imagine how I feel :rolleyes: .
I can hardly walk 10 passes, and I am exhausted.......

I hope you can find something to settle your tummy. Here's what helps me:
-plain crackers
-cold, cold water
-plain, white bread
-mints
-7up or Sprite
-Plain pretzels

If this is going to be prolonged, you can ask your doctor for Phenergan if the regular anti-nausea meds aren't working.

Feel better soon, you'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Ugh, a migraine. *shutters* I feel awful that you can't take anything for the pain. Maybe an ice pack on your forehead? Have you tried any broth? You must eat or drink something or become dehydrated, and that's not helpful. I hope your next thread says you're feeling better. {Hugs}

I feel a little bit better today. The vomiting and bowel "movements" both stopped. I ate some rice for lunch, and it stays inside :p . But, as I haven't been able yet to take painkillers yet, my back and legs feel awful. I tried to rest a bit after lunch, but I kept having "electric" legs ( restless legs), so I got up again. And, HERE I AM :) :) . Oh my gosh, I just HAVE to get better, because that international cat-show is coming up THIS Sunday :eek:

Am glad the rice helped. Once you can keep some food down, you'll be able to take pain meds and start feeling better. There's nothing worse than a migraine (I know). You have 2 days to get back on your feet!!

Take it very easy.

I am better, yippie! BUT..... guess what, now it is my hubby who is sick....! He is in bed too, and feeling so miserable... :( Poor Bernard, he was planning so much for this weekend, and now he won't be able to do anything....:( . Even that cat-show :eek: . I guess I will have to go on my own, meeting Mario there.

I hope Bernard will get better asap; he is NOT the easiest person when he is sick: all he wants is to be left alone.... ! I know I can help him with some stomach-meds, but he even got mad....

I hope the kids won't get it now :eek:
