Starr's Finally Home!!!

Hi, Starr's home and I was able to take a few pictures of him and also a few of both Starr and Pearl. There's still a lot of hissing and growling going on between everyone except for both Sunny and Sky. They've been the nice guys. It's so funny to watch two kittens hissing and growling at each other one minute and then being very loving and purry towards me the next. Here are some of the better pictures.

Wow, Starr and Pearl are really beautiful cats. I just love their markings and those blue eyes of course, just gorgeous. Their collars look really cute on them. Hope they will get along, I'm sure they will get used to eachother. :)

Another one of Pearl and Starr. Even though they're 2 months apart they're both about the same size. Pearl seems beefier than Starr and I'll hopefully be able to fatten him up a bit.

Looks like Pearl is far more interested in Starr than he is with her. LOL They are soooo cute together. Considering they have only been together for a short while I think them being so close together is a good sign. I would say within a couple of days those 2 will be best of friends and torturing everyone. :D

Tracey, you're SO LUCKY to have TWO beautiful Meezer babies at the same time!! They're both GORGEOUS!!!

I've been waiting for this! It's just going to take a little time and they'll all be playing! You'll have to keep everyone posted and MORE pictures! Starr looks wonderful.

I LOVE their necklaces (aka collars). Starr with his little blue collar and Pearl with her little, princess pink. SO CUTE!!!

Maybe Starr will stay small. Filou is 3 weeks older than Tigris but from the very first moment Tigris was double Filou's format.

I hope they both stay so sleek- meezers (like you ;)) aren't meant to be chubby ;)

They're both beautiful! Star is being very cautious to begin with, it seems, but I'm sure they'll get along and play together soon. :)

Thanks. Starr was only home with me for about a week was still trying to get over coccidia. I then noticed some flaky stuff on his ear and his foot had a bald spot. It was ringworm. His foster mom offered to treat him for me so I gave him back to her. Now he's finally home.:)

Late last night Starr and Pearl started playing and they both slept on the bed with me. This morning they've been chasing each other and having a great time. Sky was also playing with them. There's still a little bit of hissing going on from time to time but I think that they've decided that they like each other.:)

I'm taking in a stool sample of Starr's to the vet this morning. He's been having very runny diarrhea:(. I sure hope that he doesn't have coccidia again because it can come out due to stress. Wish me luck.

Poor Star. You may want to keep them seperated as Coccidia is contagious. You may want to consider getting them vaccinated against it as well. My kitties are vaccinated against it, even though they never go outside. I figure better to be safe than sorry. :)

Oh gosh, what adorable pictures of your new babies. I'm so happy to hear that Starr is finally back home where he belongs.
So sorry to hear that he has diarrhea again. Try mixing some baby Rice Cereal in with wet food. When my little ones had diarrhea, that's what I did and within 2-3 days their poopies were much better.

I'm glad to hear that they are starting to get along with each other and that Sky has joined in on the fun.

Keep us updated on little Starr. Poor baby and poor you.((((((HUGS))))))

Thanks everyone.:) Both Starr and Pearl have diarrhea and it's not coccidia but probably stress or food related. Both of their fecal tests were negative. They're now on metronidazole liquid .6cc 2 times a day for the next 5 days. I hope that this will help. I was mixing pumpkin in with their wet food but it didn't help. Now I'm going to try not to give them any more wet food for a while. They've been drinking plenty of water and have been playing a lot today so they're very active. It's been very hot here so they've also been sleeping a lot too. Starr is always ready to eat but Pearl hasn't been hungry today so I force fed her a little bit. I hope that they'll be back to normal in a few days.

I'm sure the diarrhea will pass soon. It seems that all kittens go through it...they have such young, forming bodies its normal.
