I had tuna and crackers and some cucumber slices with italian dressing. yummy!

Helen and I are dieting and one of the things we can eat is a grilled chicken salad from Chick Fil A with Fat Free Honey Mustard dressing (minus the croutons and sunflower seeds). Since we check in on our diet very near to Chick Fil A, we dropped by there and got our salads afterwards today.

Frosted mini wheats and of course skim milk. I'm a total milk freak.
Yucky Chinese food from a kiosk in my building. Hubby met me for lunch today (we both work downtown at different oil companies). He was in the mood for Chinese because the line up at Subway was too long.
Fried tofu with ginger sauce with brown takikomi rice from work. :) (I work at a Japanese food restaurant)

I had one of those baked chickens from wal Mart (Rotisrie?) and ate a breast and wing from it. It was the BEST I have ever gotten there... Then a piece of cake for desert.
Lunch was a Lean Cuisine (Chicken Fetuccini), a banana and a bottle of water. :)
I just had a salad with red cabbage, carrots, red onions, garlic crutons, grilled chicked, and fat free italian dressing ..yummy! :D
mmm, that salad sounds yummy! I am having tuna and crackers again today, the rest of the can of tuna from yesterday. It was really good yesterday, so hopefully I'll still enjoy it today!
It is not lunch time, but i am thinking about making toast before going to bed ( :eek: it is nearly 3am).
I'm having a salad with garden cucumbers, garden tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cheese, crutons & ranch dressing.
I had a yummy lunch. I had two fish fillets (grilled, but heated up because it was frozen), a dark green lettuce salad with raspberry vinegarette, and a big glass of water.
My dinner, but Mark's lunch (he works 3rd trick) was:
blackened tilipia
brown rice
green beans & corn
I ususally have cereal but today I'll have a sandwich and, yes, I'm eating lunch at 4:45!

I just had peanut butter sandwich. I might as well live off of peanut butter lol and a orange fruit drink.
I had a pb & j! With a BIG glass of milk too! I LOVE milk!

Leftover Lasagna dripping with melted cheese. Wednesdays is my one day of "junk lunch". The rest of the week, I have salads.
That's a good idea. I should try one day of "junk lunch" - does it work for you? I usually start out good...but in the evenings sometimes (especially in the winter) I end up munching...but if I have one day of junk, maybe the rest of the week I can be good. :DQuote:

Jen, I do eat very healthy from Monday to Friday when I'm working. I have a salad with a bit of protein 4 out of the 5 days. I figure I deserve at least one hot lunch per week. :)
Holidays and weekends are when I seem to fail. Starts out by sleeping in a bit, lurking on PT for hours and having a late breakfast. Then my whole schedule is blown off track. I spent last Saturday home all day housecleaning and am very embarrassed :o :o by the number of times I opened up the fridge door. :eek: :eek:

I do a lot of salads during the week, or I'll have a lean cuisine with some cucumber slices on the side. I agree, I eat better during the week at work. When I am on my schedule, I can follow it, but weekends throw me off. Especially with all of the graduation parties, weddings, and cookouts during the summer (although I also walk Roscoe a lot in the summer, so I guess I work it off). I wish I was one of those people who could eat anything and never gain a pound! ;)
I was awake all night and wan NiƱo at 6, then I went to the white hen and got a sandwich, went home and ate it, then made a bracellet thing cuz I couldn't sleep, then finnally fell asleep til three, so I'm don't know what my lunch would be, I'll probably eat dinner in an hour and a half.
For lunch I had a nice yummy salad and tonight I am going to have a grilled burger(foreman grills rock!!) and some tuna salad I made last night.
Luch was roast beef and cheddar on white bread.
