Eye colors!

Doing my portraits, and I relaized eye colors vary dramatically. I am in awe (and always have been) of the intensity and emotion of a cat's eyes.

Please let me know which color is most domainant, and how your cats eyes measure up!

Allen: coppery gold

Pouncer: Yellowy gold with a tinge of green

Harry: Coppery gold

Abby: Yellowy gold with a tinge of green (notice a trend here with my orange tabbies vs. my brown tabbies?)

Angel: a pewtery color - hard to describe Can't wait to see her eyes bigger!

Flutter: yellowy gold with lots of green flecks

Minette: amazing emerald green

WRONG,SCRAPPY 2,HAS THE MOST AMAZING CPPER EYES,WHILE MICHAELS,ARE IRISH GREEN.

Kuhio's were very gold ~ no hint of green in them at all
Halo's are very green
Cammie's are a pale green but can sometimes look golden
and Pepper's are a brownish/gold.

Don Juan's eyes are a pale celadon green.

Zerlina's are pale green as well, with a bit of gold.

Chloes Eyes are an amazing light blue on the outside and a very light light almost white the closer you get to the pupil.

Tuckers eye match his orange coat.

Mopars eyes are a gorgous yellow color. and shes a calico

Blueberry's are different shades of blue all the time :p

Groucho is my yellowish green eyed sweetie.....

Chloe and Samson both have green eyes, more yellowish than bluish.

Saphirah's are yellow gold.

I think Miagi and Tiger's eyes are green with bits of gold :)

What better way to describe than with a photo? A grossly upclose one....

Sammy's are green with bits of gold and Paytons are almost a brownish, but gold. Very unique.

I put "other"

Marshmallow's eyes are pure bright green, no hints of blue or gold.

Sasha's eyes are usually almost pure brown, but at other times, almoost a hazel color. Tabitha's are green.

I have two with amber colored eyes and my little ones eyes look like giant olives.

Melani's are mainly yellow, but I never really see her eyes :D She never opens them very wide!

Khaith's eyes are yellow on the outside, and fade into a light green as they go toward the pupil, and there is a light blue ring around the pupil. They are really pretty, but I have never been able to take a good picture of them, in all the pictures they just look yellow.

Brodie's are a coppery brown color & Josies are green with a yellow ring.

Remus' eyes are just gold...Spooks are just about the same way.

My baby boy Inkers has two different colour eyes! He's gorgeous

Eepie's eyes are a vivid green. I have a cute story about that. She was five weeks old when we got her and it didn't take long before I noticed her lovely green eyes. After that, everything she got into trouble or tried to act coy to get her way, I'd call her my 'green-eyed vixen.'

Well, one day, about six months after we had adopted her, she jumps up on my husband's lap and meows at him, putting her face upclose to his to which Mike says, "Hey, Zana! Look at this! Eepie has green eyes!" :rolleyes: :D
