Kevin got it at the hardware store. It's used to insulate pipes.
It fits perfectly to the frame. MAXIMUS loves to drive on dirt roads. It's a pretty rough ride. We go really slow 'cause he loves to stick his head out in the wind.

Yes Vette, that's Pepto Bis? He has an upset belly. And he doesn't cooperate at all. That's why the mess. It doesn't wipe off either.
