Hi! *waves*

I haven't been on in ages and thought I'd pop in and say hi!

The pups are great, the fish are lovely (added a new one after I lost Tank) and I'm doing better than ever. :D

We spent last weekend in NYC with some friends and had a blast. It was so much fun to see the sights and the weather was WONDERFUL!

Probably the best thing that's happened is that I've lost about 40lbs, and still work out every day (have more to lose, but it's just a matter of time). I've discovered Micki again and I like her. :) I'm writing again and have learned that I never want to let myself get away from me again, either. It's just too hard to find yourself once you get lost. :(

Anyway, I wanna try to squeeze in some time for PT again, so I'll try to get some pics and post them soon.

CONGRATULATIONS on your awesome weight loss, how did you do that, what an achievement, pass on the secret , we all need as much help as we can get, I would love to shed at least 25 pounds and then I would be done, it is a constant battle as you get older, harder to shift.:D

My goodness! :o Thanks for the WB's everyone.

My secret? Getting off my big butt and exercising. I've also stopped junk food almost entirely - no cokes, fast food once a week or less. :) I'm not ready to post my pic quite yet (few more lbs to go), but if you watched the Today Show on 6-20, you just might have seen me! ;) :eek:

It's so hot outside now that I hate to be out for more than a few minutes, but will try to get some pics of the puppers tomorrow and post. It's supposed to be 102 F tomorrow, so no promises, lol.
