**Vacation Pics** (Sam's first trip to the beach!)

It's been quite awhile since I posted any Samantha pics so I'm hoping you guys are going through withdrawal and will drool over these pics as much as I am. :)

Earlier this month, Josh and I took Samantha with us on vacation to the Outer Banks. She'd never seen the ocean before, but jumped right in! I've included some of the fun beach shots as well as some I just thought were adorable. I hope you all enjoy!

It looks like everyone had a great time. Those are beautiful pics of OBX. I have been there once before and it was gorgeous. Glad everyone had such a great time, especially that beautiful Samantha. :)

Great pics! Looks like a really nice place to vacation. I would love to go there sometime. So nice to see pics of Samantha today. She is such a pretty girl. Glad I got to see her.

Very nice pics!

Is this place in Maryland or near Maryland? Just curious, since I live in Maryland too. That is great that you can bring her there with you...

My mom has a shore house in Ocean City, NJ...and so when we take mini vacations, Harlee comes with us...but it would be cool to bring her to the place you stayed at...it would be fun to go somewhere different, and if it's in Maryland...even better!

Nope, it's down on the Outer Banks in NC. It took us about 6-7 hours, which isn't too bad - it goes really fast.

When looking around for a place to go for vacation, I only looked at pet friendly hotels and houses. I presented this idea to my husband and he loved it so that's where we went! For next year, I'd really like to go back to where we went for our honeymoon (Sanibel Island, Florida) with the baby... but Samantha would have to stay with my parents (not that they'll mind). :)

Sorry it's not closer, but it's a much nicer beach than Ocean City so for us, it was worth it!
