My little biter Willy.

Willy has been going through the biting stage these past few days and I have had to chastize him for it. Those are sharp little toothy peggies, I'm telling you.
Every time I go and pick him up, he thinks it's feast time on my fingers. So here are a few pictures of him being chastized by his meowmie.

Keep up the lectures . . . we NEVER lectured Josie about biting and she was a little terror when she was Willy's age. You gotta teach them young . . . otherwise, they'll really hurt you!

He's so special- more of a clown than most kittens. Whenever I see a Willy thread I have to go there more often than once:D

I remember when I first got Tubby he was a biter. That's how he learned what "NO!" meant. It got to the point where all I had to do was say "Be nice." and he would immediately back off and be nice.

Willy seems to be a quick study also, so I'm sure once he is done teething he will back off also. Either that or he'll get used to being Vampire Kitty! ;) :D

Please teach early for your sake - Meka I got from animal control at 1 year old and she bites! I mean bites!!!!! Cute but not with gushing blood!!! She now is down to "love bites" but just when I think she stopps she starts again - she got my ankle yesterday for no reason in a "love bite" only but still. She is only allowed to bite fingers gently - she bit my face on the chin this morning in bed - first time for biting face- and she got pushed out of bed quick!! Please teach young for both your sakes - it is taking forever with Meka - I've had her since last October! Debbie

Little Willy is just too cute for his own good. It's so hard to correct misbehavior when they look at you like Willy does in the pictures. Boy, do these kitties know how to turn on the charm and yank on the heartstrings when they need to. Just curious about something, could Willy be teething? I don't mean to sound totally dumb but there's so much about kittens and adult cats that I don't know and want to learn. Hey there little Willy, behave yourself and listen to Meowmie!!!!!

All my kitties have been taught early not to bite with mostly great success, but not with this wild one. He is stubborn with a capital "S", but he is oh so cute though.
