**PLEASE! vote "no"**

I could use your help, everyone...

There's this beautiful park by our house and it would be a shame to waste it on ANOTHER school. :( We already have lots of traffic there every day from Agoura High. So, go HERE and vote "no" where it says (on the left in the blue box), "Do you favor construction of Heschel School on the property adjacent to Old Agoura?" Lots of people are voting yes and I don't know why. :( We sure could use the help. There are lots of pretty trails back there, along with a small pond. Thanks so much everyone. This means a lot to me.

I hope it all works out for the best of the community, I can see that you're really worried about what could happen. You have to have passion for where you live, and, I think it's a good thing that you do. Have you tried campaigning around the neighborhood that's being affected?

Yes, this is our community's newspaper, and there has been debate about the construction of the school, because the community is split about it. This school would be built on beautiful park land in Old Agoura, which is supposed to be a calm, quiet equestrian community. Thanks so much for voting, though, every vote counts. :)

I voted no. I hate it when quiet parks are destroyed.

I put my vote in dear. I hate to see peaceful parks be uprooted.

I voted...but I think this is more of a poll vs. something that will effect the outcome.

They usually hold public hearings regarding this stuff. Do you know when that will be? You should go with your parents to give your opinon.

I'm really surprised that Old Agoura would even consider this. They've always been on their own...even though they are a part of Agoura Hills. Hmmm....they must really need a new school to consider this.
