I am still in shock, and thanking Larry who took in this mom cat from a horrible situation. She'd had multiple litters handed out right and left like party favors. :rolleyes: Well her last litter was born, and despite the fact she was on the thin side she had kittens on Thursday...count them, and you might just win one! ;) :eek:

I am so jealous!!! Look at all that cuteness! I see 9 to 10.. Poor Mama cat! That is a lot of babies and she must have been miserable towards the end of her pregnancy.

Bless her heart! I'm so glad she got rescued because it's going to take a lot of food for momma to keep those babies fed!:eek:

I counted 6 (I think) darling little tabby types, 3 cuter than cute tiny grey babes and 1 (possibly 2) precious little orangy furballs.
So 10 but maybe 11?

I have ten,too,but that is so difficult,as they are in such a tangle! But,as all say,one of the cutest tangles,that you are ever going,to see!

What a great puzzle! I see ten for sure - but maybe 11..........it really is hard to tell.
I sure hope that Mom gets spayed............she can't keep this pace up and it would be so hard to place all of those kitties.
Lady_zana wins by guessing on the nose (s)! NINE babies born to this sweet mama that both Larry & I thought would have five at the most. All are doing fantastic, and are good weights. Larry is supplimening the brood to allow Gypsy to keep up with her milk supply. ;) One orange, three greys, and the rest are tabbies like mama. :) Poor mama really didn't look capable of carrying so many babies, and all a good size at that! :eek: :) Don't worry Gini...the thread says her last litter, and believe me it is! I shudder to think how many of her offspring are reproducing in the streets of Boston. :( All Gypsys kittens will be altered as well.;)Quote:

I was trying to figure out where I got 10 but if you look on the right hand side of the photo at the little tabby with his head on the gray kitten, I thought his stomach was a kitten face! The way its marked looks just like another kitten face to me.;) :D How cool! Anybody else see it that way or am I crazy?

Don't worry Lisa, you aren't crazy..it looks like ten to me also! The way they're all wrapped around each other, it sure does look like 10. That is a kitten face nestled in on top of the grey baby. I wonder if Larry miscounted? :confused: All I know is I'm glad they aren't all squished in here, as mom was in my bathroom for several days!

That IS a kitten face! The kitten face just to the right of that one has it's body wrapped around to the right of the tabby that's laying straight across the pile. ;) ;) That's where I had problems counting lol! :DQuote:
