I finally have named the mom cat Freida and her boy is Freddy!
I am happy to announce that they are both doing well, and Freida has even let me pet her several times today! Taking it slooooow and easy, but she is obviously much more relaxed ... and they both are eating well! :D

That's good news Kim. See, Freida doesn't hate you, she was just probably nervous about the other cats.

What cuties! Freida looks a hundred times calmer and she looks very relaxed. Pretty soon she will just be another kitty running around the house. She just needs extra time to adjust. Freddy is precious! I would snatch that boy in a minute if he was closer. He looks so much like Leroy with only half of his mustache. It is amazing that they both have the same splotch. She couldn't deny that boy being hers!;) :D
