News on Mina'smomma from Lee

Renae asked me to post this for you guys. She is back in the hospital. She started cramping and spotting about 2 this morning and we lost the baby fifteen minutes later. The doctors are keeping her until tomarrow barring no complications arise. The doctors aren't sure why it happened because she has been following their orders and never left the couch except to use the bathroom or got to bed. She is very upset, but she asked me to post this in here so her friends would not worry since she is normally on during the week.:(

I don't know what to say- this sounds like just too much.

It's good to know she is surrounded by friends and family.

All our best thoughts on their way.

:( :( :( oh Lee, oh Renae.... I'm so distressed to hear this. I had just sent a PM message to Renae a few days ago and was really beginning to think we were getting to know each other. Please tell her I will be in touch and will hug her tightly.. if only in thoughts and wishes.

The doctors are saying she is doing as well as can be expected right now. If they can get her to eat and keep it down then they may let her come home tonight so she can be with the family. I've packed up all the things we bought for the baby and her mom picked them up to put her storage. The did some test on the baby and we were going to have a girl. This is even more devastating for Renae because she was hoping for a girl. We named her Amylynn Marie. I told about all the support she was being sent from her friends here and she sends her thanks. She was sleeping when I left to come home for some rest. I'm going back up at four so if any of you want me to give her a message just post it here.:(

Will you please tell Renae that I am sorry she has to go through something as terrible as this. As am I for you Lee. Amylynn Marie was just not ready for this world. I truly am sorry and I hope she knows when she gets back she will have the best support group ever! sending her love from Jodie and Pixie...

I will tell her Jodie. Thank you for putting my message in the other forum too. With all that has happened in the last day I forgot until Renae had asked me about it. When I went to do it I saw that you had put one in there already. I put the update in there as well so everyone will know how she is doing. I'm hoping she will be physically well enough to come home tonight.

{{{HUGS}}} Having just gone through this with my daughter (ours was a grand son 14 weeks) Lee is what they named him. I know how painful this is please give lots of hugs. We had Lee creamated and she has a locket with the remains in it it makes it easier for her. I have the sonagram photo in mine. Always remember you little girl. Have been gone most of the day but thinking about Minasmommy, Lee and this loss of your baby girl:( We talked about it - as I was with my DIL, Christine (chrangharris) and my friend-her mom, Carol (persianmom) - both on PT - so very sad.

Renae - finally know your first name! - I hope you get to come home tonight. No bed feels so good as your own. We are thankful to Lee for updating us. You feel like a friend already, just having PM'd about Mina, secrets, etc - getting excited about your news with you and now sharing in your loss and sadness. Many of us are here for you, many praying, many thinking of you and your family. And, we will be here in the days, weeks and months to come also.

I truly understand the excitement pregnancy and unfortunatley I also understand the pain of a miscarriage. There are no words that can really offer comfort but I hope you know that we are here for you. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and I'm here if you need me.
