I finished it today, I wish I hadn't finished it in class, I was choking back tears at the end! :( I was just wondering if anyone else has read it? I really enjoyed it! :D

I remember seeing the movie, years ago, and to this day, I remember how hard I cried!!!!
okay this is a really stupid question, I know, but there's a movie? :eek: :rolleyes: I would like to see it, is it as good as the book? probably not... :p

I read the book when I was in grade school and I loved it. It was one of my favorite books when I was a kid. I haven't read it in years, but I wouldn't mind reading it again.

I was looking at those amazon links and saw this review for the first movie. I don't know why but I just thought it was the funniest thing I'd read in a while.

I read it in school 3 times and bawled my eyes out EVERY time. They made us watch the movie in 6th grade and I seriously couldn't keep myself composed.
Oh gosh, I've read WTRFG twice, and gotten teary-eyed both times. I LOVE the book anyway, even if it is sad. I've seen the (a) movie, and it's DEFINITELY not as good!!!!:D But yea, I love that book...;)

The book is one of my favourite books. I've probably read it a dozen times since 3rd grade, if not more. My copy is so worn and dog eared. hehe I saw the movie once in 4th grade and bawled my eyes out. Then recently I saw they had it at WalMart for something like $5 so i went ahead and picked it up. Haven't watched it yet, tho. ;)

The author also wrote Summer of the Monkeys, which is good. I think I remember seeing one or two movies from that one, too. Good stuff. Old Dan and Little Ann....awww.....
