Ripley says "Didn't I just have a haircut? "*pics* :)

The Ripster has been getting a little fuzzy and I looked at the calendar and noted it was time for a beauty treatment. Sorry about the use of the word "beauty" Rip! :o This was our morning. No pictures were taken during his bath but, as usual, he was a sweetie pie. Here I had just told him we were almost finished except for his rear feet. His comment "Sure Mom, I've heard THAT before!"

And of course after a grooming session he gets his very favorite thing on all of the earth - a GREENIE!! Bella gets to chomp down right along with him. :)

AWWWW! What a handsome Poodle boy you are, Ripley! I wish I had the grooming skills your mom does so I could do Reece myself. He's getting a bit shaggy too and its almost time for a trip to the groomer's for him!

Maybe I should take out my clippers and give it a try again. Reece will probably end up with an accidental mohawk, hehe.

They are all over the place around here. I have bought them in PetsMart and even in a couple of little Mom'N'Pop pet supply stores. I like to buy them in the big bags since they are such a hit with my two and they are a little cheaper that way.

Thank you everyone. Ripley is very easy to groom. He really just enjoys spending time with his mommy no matter what I put him through! LOL! Bella is a good girl too, but she is harder to do because there is a *whole lotta dog* to do when I do her! When I finish with her I need a nap! LOL!

Does Bella get a bigger greenie than Ripley? If so, do they ever try to trade? Millie & Chester always trade, but theirs are the same size, so it doesn't matter. ;)

Pam you do such a great job grooming. When I was a teenager I use to 'groom':rolleyes: my poodle Pepper. Just to give you an idea of how bad it was, he was a pure bred Poodle who looked a lot like your Ripley but most people who saw him for the first time would ask what kind of dog he was. I only had scissors so it was a real hachet job of a haircut but he still loved me anyway.:)

Pam, you did an awesome job in grooming, and Ripley, you helped by being so cooperative. What a team you two make. I shudder to think of trying to groom Hannah myself.

Ripley, you are Poodle Perfection. I want to kiss those sweet cheeks and sniff that clean fur. :o
