My vacation photos
It took me long enough but I was finally able to upload some photos that I took on our vacation. They are from Glacier National Park in Montana and Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks in Alberta, Canada. I'm going to post a few of my favorites, but I do hope you guys will check out the album as well. There's many photos of beautiful scenery and wildlife. Which photo is from where?
They are all beautiful! Do you have a zoom lens of were you really that close to that deer?

They are all labeled in the album, sorry I forgot to put it in here...the first few are of Banff and the last one of the first post and all from the second post are of Glacier. The waterfall picture after the elk picture is from Yoho.
I do have a zoom on my digital cam but it doesn't work well so I don't think I ever used it. Most of the wildlife pictures are cropped. The one you think is a deer is actually an elk ;) and we were really that close....but in the car...he was right off the side of the road.

We near Banff back in '95 for my brother's wedding. It was gorgeous there!

BEAUTIFUL pictures. I will have to show you some pics that my family took in Banff. My dad goes to Canada a lot for business and my mom and sister usually visit him there. He is always sure to take plenty of animal pics for me :) They saw a bear last time they went (they were on a gondola).

Thanks everyone! Aly I'd love to see those pics! We saw two black bears but they didn't stay out long enough for me to take a picture!
Toby's my baby, we were gone for around 10 days I'm not sure how many days we spent in each place, I'd have to think about it. :)

Wow, wow, Wow!!! Fantastic pics. I love scenery and wildlife shots. Just beautiful. I would love to take a trip like that.

Great pictures. Me and my family and relatives has been to Banff, Lake Louise a few other cities a few years back. It was great. :)

Those are very beautiful pictures! We have been to Banff before, stayed at a hostel I believed:o Haha and we walked on a glacier before too! But...I don't think that was on the same vacation. Lovely scenery though!

You know it's been so long since I've been to Banff that I've forgotten how nice it is, kind of sad considering how close I live to it.

Hey you sure saw some of our back yard and its critters:) I thought you'd like to know that this last friday, They had to dart and move a 8 year old male black bear. Guess where he was yep right where we took our pictures in fornt of the sign. He was one they move last year from there . There are going to be moving him farther south. It was quite the informatinve thing for the tourists, the biologst had to get on the Canadian centers roof to safely dart the little guy (400lbs) I missed it all as it was my day off. But read in paper and called the biologist (frend of hubby's)
You got some great photos on your trip I haven't seen the album yet I have lost my pass words got to get them resent. But will do that now.
