Where does everyone get these cute blinkies? I want one for my signature! They look like this:

Someone here makes them. I've got the program but not the knowlege. Would love to know how to make them, too.

I've got the program (Photoshop, Image Ready, Elements) to make blinkies but I just can't figure out how to make them! I get so confused! lol I want to make them so bad! :(

I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and Imageready 7.0 (which came with my photoshop) :)
