It's a difficult time to be from Portland, Oregon. LA Lakers are our arch-enemies (thank's to all the drubbings they've given us in play-offs in the past), but this year, the Detroit Pistons are benefiting from our Trailblazer cast-off, Rasheed Wallace, who was known as a trouble-maker in these parts and who many in town were glad to see traded earlier this season.
So that pretty much leaves no one to root for.:eek:
I'm a Kings fan...I don't think Im allowed to root for LA lol
I'll ignore the vote for the Pistons.......;)

Hey, my favorite team kind of stinks (Boston) so I have to root for SOMEBODY, besides I think its a requirement for us Celtic fans to root for ABLA *anyone but LA lol*
That and I live closer to Sacramento...I picked up the Kings virus :D

Go Lakers!!!!! :) Even in the South, Helen and I are huge Laker's fans! Helen has Laker's posters all over her room, and even an autographed Shaq Jersey in a frame!!! :D We MUST pull for the Lakers!!!!!!
I have been a Bulls fan for years, and a Kenyon Martin fan since his days at Cincy (He plays for the Nets who the Pistons knocked out), but I have to go with the Piston's anyway. I'm only an hour from Detroit...gotta root for the "home" team!

You broke my mother's heart and made her cry..
I spoke to her on Sunday and she said that she cried that the Lakers lost. I thought she was joking until I asked her again......
Yep, She admitted to crying because her team lost..I hope you all are satisfied that crushed a woman's heart and ruined her summer.:p
Richard, with all the staff & team changes, I think she'll be crying next year too.:(
Tell her to tell her team that they should learn some manners. Maybe if they didn't talk so much trash and actually tried playing as a team then they might of won. :)

Its never fun to watch your team blow it in the big game...been there and done that :( At leas the Lakers went to the playoffs...I think Boston is due sometime in 2050 lol.
