Bear and Olive are off to the vet to be shaved for the summer. Olive is shedding hair like crazy, and Bear is really matted. Here’s some before pictures, and then I’ll post some after ones!

They're certainly beautiful and such thick, lush fur! It'll be interesting to see their new 'do!

LOL LOL I'm sure they're excited about this decision! ;) I can't wait to see the finished "do". Aaron and I have been contemplating having Sergei, our fuzzy orangie, shaved for the summer too....:)

Bear looks so much like Horace , The Maine Coon , who comes to sleerp , on my porch , and he too needs a grooming , as his fur is oily , and dirty. Olive and Bear are terrific , and will feel a lot better , after thier Furr Cuts!

Ha Ha...not here in AZ! We already have our A/C on! It's been in the 90's until this past week, which went down to the 80's. He looks awful, but feels much better!!Quote:

Having gone to school at ASU and lived in Tempe for 11 years, I attest to the fact that having a fur coat in the summer is NOT fun!
They will be much happier for sure!
