Maybe another rabbit at Camp Vermont?
Well, the lady from the Rabbit Society emailed me the other day, asking if I was interested in a very sweet, loving, dwarf angora female named Jamora. She will be spayed tomorrow, so I will probably drive 5 hours each way, next Saturday, to fetch her.
She will weight 2.5 lbs., beige with a white skirt of sorts. From what I understand about dwarf angoras, they are less maintenance and don't shed as much as the standard size.
I will keep you guys posted.
Jamora is coming from a shelter where she was just turned in by a family....she loves being carried around.....and groomed...and is a real cling-on. The opposite of Winter.
Wish us luck in her recovery from the spaying.

Jamora is a kind of rabbit....
I just did a search in Google and found this!

What does it say?
Ya know Thelmer is like Winter. She doesn`t really like to be held but she`s fun to watch and stuff. Good luck with Jamora
I haven't heard from Mona about Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a Jamora rabbit. I am not sure everyone understood that Jamora is not her name. I was confused with Mona's first email too, and thought that the rabbit was named Jamora. No, her name is Cinnamon.
I can only assume that things ran smoothly today and that I will drive to Springfield MA next weekend. I think giving her a few days to recover makes a great deal of sense.
I am very excited about meeting her. She is a real love bug!
SAS;)
Drinking the required coffee now!
Well, I am just about ready to leave. I have a couple of stops on my way. I should arrive in MASS. around 4, and then will have a five hour drive back. It will be a very, very long day. I will have a couple of rest stops (lunch and dinner) so that I should be able to have a little quality time with the new Cinnamon rabbit, furry little thing!
Mona said Cin is in good shape and is friendlier than ever!
I am so excited.
I re-cleaned Winny's old cage and set it up with hay, water, etc. The cats were very curious about what I was doing and kept looking for Winny.
So, off to MASS with me! I surely hope this rabbit lives a bit longer than poor Winny did. I wonder what happened to her?
I promise to take photos tomorrow and post them. I shall be home all day with Cinnamon so I should have the time.
