My Katie will have surgery on Monday to remove what appears to be cystic tissue from her breasts. Her blood work was excellent, her lymph nodes aren't swollen, and she's not showing cancer signs, so I'm hoping she'll be fine. But a few good wishes from the good folks at PT wouldn't hurt.

We keep fingers and paws crossed for Katie. It's a long time we haven't seen her and Hagrid. I hope she'll be fine.:)
Wishing Katie a speedy recovery, hope all goes well for her, it is alway's such a worry when you pets need surgery, my thoughts are with you, hugs to you and scritches to Katie.

The vet says she's a very healthy girl and should come through the surgery fine. I'm worried, naturally, but optimistic. I'll keep everyone posted.

Katie's through surgery, but there was a lot more tissue that had to be removed than the vet expected. I'll have to wait two or three days for the biopsy results to find out whether it's cancerous. Please keep those fingers and paws crossed for my sweet girl!
Nikki, Daisy and I are keeping arms,legs, paws, and anything else we can cross for a good result on Katie's biopsy. She is a sweet & beautiful girl!!Quote:

The biopsy showed no cancer. Whew! :D The PT prayers came through again!
Katie is recovering very well. She woke me up this morning by crawling on top of me and licking my face--that's her normal routine. It's wonderful how kitties can bounce back so quickly.
