LOL, Nebo sure knows the rough life too...he's currently sleeping on my bed..;) I think he's jealous that they get to be sled dogs too though, he'd enjoy that!

Yup, it's a dog's life alright!:D What beautiful angels of the snow! One's sweeter than the next!! I agree with Emily, they've earned their "down" time!:)

I love Earle too, but they are all so adorable!!

You pups are adorable, I just love huskies. They are great dogs. I love hanging out with Michelle's huskies, and they are all so beautiful!

I think Bandit is lighter colored than Tikeya--if I remember correctly. He looks dark in that pic, but he's actually grey and white. But their markings are shaped similarly.

Unless Tikeya came from a breeder in California, they aren't likely related. One of Bandit's previous owners-not really sure which one, mailed his AKC papers to us just after we took him. So I actually know a little about his lineage.

Oh poor babies, having to sleep on warm cushions and beds in their loving home! ;)

They are all so beautiful. Heyoka looks so wolfy laying on the biggest doggie bed. I just love Pingo's smile too :) Great pics, but I'm always ready to see more!

This past Christmas my husband played Santa at a community Christmas party. Santa in the Yukon drives a dog team, not reindeer! So he arrived on behind a four dog team. After he handed out presents, he gave the kids a short ride on the sled--just around a horse corral. Heyoka was one of the dogs in the team. Our neighbor's little girl still talks about "the wolves" who took her for a sled ride! She's only three and still hasn't connected that the wolves are the same dogs she comes to visit!

I have 18--14 that I own and four fosters--although it's unlikely that three of the fosters will be moving on anytime soon.

I think one post might be a little much! Could crash the board or take me three hours to type it out!:p

Who needs blakets at your house? I would love to cuddle up with all that fur!!! Great pictures!!!

I would love to see them in action in person! I like Earle the best, too, though all are cute. Lucky you to experience life like that. We need some pics of them in the snow doing what they do best.
