I was wondering who was married, single etc. and how old you are. I am 20 and I will be getting married next month. I know I am a young bride but age has nothing to do with maturity.

He was married before and it was BAD... she thought she could sleep with whomever she wanted, he thought otherwise;) He swore that he'd never marry again, so I had to change his mind!
I love being married and there's nothing like it when you are with someone who loves you unconditionally! Good luck and above all else - have FUN on your wedding day! Forget about the perfect moment, the perfect photo, the perfect everything... enjoy that day because it goes by so fast!
I'm an "Other". Dick and I have been together 21+ years and are not married. We've lived together 14 years. Don't see any need to get married. He loves me, I love him and we have 5 dogs together - that's as committed as we need to be.

I'm married. I have been married for 4 1/2 years. I didn't get married until I was 37. I am now 42.

I am ammending my first post.....I am married to the greatest guy in the world. He cleans the house, helps with laundry (if I allow him to lol), fixes everything that's broken, and is remodeling the entire house himself. He already has the one bathroom done and is virtually finished with the living room and is working on the other bathroom and then has visions of the kitchen next. Whenever I need him, he's always there (like this morning I got up late and he went and got my clothes from the basement and started my car). He also is as big of a animal lover as I am, which, from everything I've heard is somewhat of a rarity. (Pet Talk men excluded).
Single!!! And happy to be that way as I just came out of a long term relationship.

I voted for other because I have a boyfriend but we are not engaged :)
Mugsy did it so I have to do it too :p I'm adding onto my statement because I think my husband is also very special and unique. He helps me cook, clean, does the laundry (except the folding part!), is always out in the yard when it's warm gardening and beautifying the place up, he loves the dogs, worries and fusses about me if I seem to be pushing to do too much, is understanding (most of the time) and compassionate. I am very blessed!
I have been happily married since I was 22. We will be celebrating our 11th anniversary this May.
Other: widowed just four yrs ago after 10 incredible and wacky years. Had been married (disastrously) at 18 and after 3 yrs and two babies was divorced. Took me over 25 years to risk it again. Best thing I ever did. Too weird and set in my ways to consider it again. I believe Emmy Lou Harris has a song "I never will marry, I'll be no mans wife - I expect to live single, all the rest of my life"

I am the "Other" as well. I have been with Dan for almost four years and we have a child together named Dylan, aged 2. :) I don't know if I really believe in marriage, so as of right now we are not married, not do we have the money to plan an expensive wedding, like I want. :p If I get married I want it to be FOREVER! So it's something I really need to think about, and him to. We used to be engaged, but we split once, then got back together right before our son was born. We have been through tough times but have always stuck it through. It made us stronger and I love that feeling. I do love this man, and we are in love, just don't see the point of rushing marriage right now. We are focusing on our son, trying to find a house etc. We pretty much are married, just don't have the paperwork. ;) So I guess you can say we are married. I mean, we practically are anyway. :p
Seriously, we do plan on getting married some day. After we get our house, finish school etc. we will start planning. We talk about it all the time. :D

I married the first time a year after high school graduation. We were very unhappily married for 8 years. However, we had two precious daughters together! ;)
I am now extremely happily married to my best friend ever!!! This February 7th will be our 12 year anniversary!!!:D
My fiance is a very special guy too! He picks up accidents, cooks, cleans up after himself(sometimes :D ) and treats with respect. He also tells me I'm beautiful, he always makes me laugh when Im unhappy. Best man I have ever met. He's also an attractive Army boy which helps too. ;)
