God im just so stupid with computors!!!

I have a sig that moose kindly made for me and i cant get the blasted thing in the place!!!
i have no idea how, so could somone kindly tell me how to do it??great help anyone!!

i can't get my sigs in place either. i hate computers! (well sorta..):confused:

[ IMG ] URL [ /IMG ] WITHOUT THE SPACES

go to user CP , go to edit profile, and under the little box that says signiture put the URL of the picture with....... grr once there just do what DDM said to do.

Sorry youll have to bear with me on this (im blonde with an IQ of a fish)
so in the box i type [URL] ?????? [URL]
what gos in the middle and how do i get it there???
or could someone do it for me!!!

You got it right except that your picture must be hosted on the web. Most of us here use imagestation. If you'd like you can post the pic here as an attachment and I can upload to imagestation for you and then I'll give you the URL so you can put it in your signature.

Copy the info exactly and put it between the two img thingys.

Take out the url part before the http

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...a/fa9020b3.jpg

now right click on the picture and go to where it says address. copy that info and make sure it ends in .jpg thats the info that goes between the img thingys.

your last img must have[ then a / then img then ]

you must put the slash in the last [ img], but not in the first. The last one should look like this [ /img ] without the spaces.

all i can see is a box with red x in it!!!

I don’t mind at all. Let’s start over. Once you’ve cleared out the old attempt to post the sig picture, go to the post in this thread where I posted the picture. Right click on the picture and you’ll see where it says address: to the right of that is the url. Highlight and copy all of that info then go back to the signature box in your user cp and put it between the [ img ] and the [ /img ] (no spaces anywhere) and you should be able to see it.
