My best fit was a Great Dane.
He, he, he, he, he, the test knows me well. When I re-took the test I got Labrador Retriever for my 2nd fit. He, he, he.
:p :D :p
The test doesn't lie!
I think youīre right - test doesnīt lie :), 3rd for me was sib :)
I got Malamutes as #1 and siberians as #2. How cool--considering those are the breeds I own already!
wow, you're right. This test doesn't lie at all. I got the Shetland Sheepdog for first place with the rough coated collie in 2nd place and smooth coated collie in third.
Hmmm - my matches were Newfoundland, Dalmation, Doberman, Collie, German Shepherd. Funny!
Smooth Coated Collie and 2nd Belgium Mal. :)
Hehehe. I got Golden Retriever first, then a Belgian Mal. :D
I got Dobe, then Giant Schnauzer, Akita, Standard Schnauzer, and Smooth Collie(in that order):)
I gues it doesnt lie!! I got a miniature schnauzer firtst then maltese, then border terrier!! this is cool!!!
WOW -- It's so True -- My top three:
http://a1005.g.akamai.net/f/1005/196...errier2_tn.gif American Pit Bull Terrier
http://a1005.g.akamai.net/f/1005/196...ullterr_tn.gif American Staffordshire Terrier
http://a1005.g.akamai.net/f/1005/196...s/5/gsd_tn.gif German Shepherd
:D
I don't know... I got Spaniel!? Weird, let me retake it.....
Best breeds for me:
1) Bichon frise
2) Miniature poodle
3) Japanese spitz
4) Tibetan spaniel
5) Toy poodle
Imagine that! Two of the suggestions were poodles. ;)
The best dogs for me are:
-Digger- Labrador Retriever
-Chubby- Labrador Retriever
-Otis- Pug
-Prince-Samoyed
:p
The breeds I got were:
1. Belgian Shepherd/Malinois
2. Belgian Shepherd/Tervuren
3. Bichon Frise  I could never see myself with a Bichon, but they are very cute.:)
4. Collie (Rough Hair)
5. Collie (Smooth Hair)
mine came up the same as dogz
and all are breeds there is no way in heck I would ever own.
mainly I dont like the first question it doesent give much choice I mean I have a large home and large yard, but that does not mean I want a dog over 50 LBS! I want a medium size dogs and defiatly NO belgens! I know about 8 personally there is one great one out of the whole bunch, clipper is friendly, obedient, and running under 5 seconds in flyball at 10 years old. the rest are all strong headed monsters, and the tervern is the worst, he seem perfectly sweet etc.. then out of nowhere with no warning attacks another dog, he has attacked happy and maggie, who are both very sensitive dogs. then there is the regular black belegens, clipper is a one nice one, the other one is a monster who has scared many dogs right off of flyball, then there was vici she was a tervern and a very sweet one but was very inhealthy, born with Heart murmer. keiry is a nice terv that I have met. well you get the idea, mostly BAD experiences with these breeds! I will stick to my border collies thank you very much!
Yeah, I noticed that as well. I have a big house and a big yard ... and I don't ever want to own a dog over 25 pounds ... I just want to own a lot of them. :DQuote:

At any rate, I didn't take the test. I noticed at the bottom of the page that it said they collect personal information, and it seemed to me to mainly a dog food questionaire. I don't want to get 1,000 spam emails from Purina. :p
Yeah, itīs true about this forst question, BUT how I understand, many of people have right breed at the moment :) This is so nice test :)
Yes, it was a fun test.:) I couldn't see me owning any of the breeds that I got, but I do like collies.:D
I noticed that for most questions, I picked different answers than I would have picked before I had gotten kai and kaedyn. For instance, the shedding question. Before Kai, I would liked to do as little grooming as possible but now that I have Kai, I picked daily. It's funny how I get totally different breeds after I get a dog.:p
1. Poodle - Standard
2. Collie (Smooth Hair) :D:D
3. Collie (Rough Hair)
4. Shetland Sheepdog
5. Brittany :D:D
The Poodle is my number one fit?
Hmm..;)
Smooooooth collie is number TWO! It's basically the 'oddball' in my group. Not a lot of shedding and grooming, but it fit everything else I said. :)
Rough collies!! Awesome, another one of my faves! :D
Sheltie? I know almost nothing about them so hey! ;)
Brittany!!! Brittany's are one of my favorite breeds! So elegant, beautiful, and smart!
This test is fun! :)
Well, I only took it once, but my result is:
an Italian Greyhound. :)
Then: Maltese and Bichon Frise, but the others aren't Hypoallergenic, so they couldn't be around my stepmom. :( I'd cosider having all of them, so, no, the test doesn't lie.
argh! I evey time I take the test I specify that the dogs HAS to have LOTS of energy, I play flyball and it cannot be a breed that tires easily, well everysingle dogs that pops up says "although it does meet your exersize requirments.." well thats no good! the is the thing that matters most of all! ;)
lol well its about darn time, I said I had no opinion on anything but energy level:D aperently that is the only way to get a high energy breed out of this thing!
I was really close with mine!
It suggested an Italian greyhound!
Welll... look here - here is other test :)
And here I got dobie too :) 98% :)
5th was Akita
10th siberian :)
sorry I just have to laugh at some of the things it said, for border collie it says they are not very obedient, and required a lot of grooming, and for sheltie is said its low maintence in grooming!
LMAO!!! A low maintenance sheltie? There's no such thing! LOL
my #1 dog breed was the Afghan Hound. #2 was the Black and Tan Coonhound. #3 was Blood Hound. #4 was a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. #5 was a Gordon Setter. I have only heard of a few of these.
They are fun to do, but if you know dogs then you should be able to change your answers to get what you want *S* But still......
go to selectsmart for some more fun. I got whippet as 100% which is fine by me as that's the next breed I'd like to get *S*
:D For the second breed test, I got:
Golden - 100% (I've never seen myself with one)
Border Collie :D - 95%
Shetland Sheepdog - 95% (WOOHOO!!)
Collie - 91%
Binka - Congrats :)
ÓOps I didnīt post this other testsīs addrees, here it is....http://www.ivillage.com/pets/tools/b...tions/dog/size
Right dogs for me?
1st. Scottish Deerhound
2nd. Havanese
3rd. Italian Greyhound
4th. American Eskimo - Toy
5th. Boston Terrier
Fuzzy, try other test too :D
Hm.....at the first site my results were:
-->Newfoundland [nothing against them, but just a little too much slobber for me ;)]
-->German Shepherd [love it]
-->Bernese Mountain Dog [love it]
-->Curly-Coated Retriever [not bad]
-->Flat-Coated Retriever [so adorable]
Where's my Labby? ;)
For the other test, I didn't like the results so I'm not going to tell you. ;) Let's just say that a Lab wasn't even in the top 20. lol
These tests are crap....;) :D :p
I got Sheltie as #1 on the second test!! Maybe it's fate? ;)
well #1 for me was Shetland Sheepdog, 2nd Keeshond, 3rd Collie, 4th flat coat retriever, 5th japanse chin
well, cant say, but we have 2 labs, and they fit us pretty well
#1 Bull Terrier
#2 Greyhound
#3 Labador
Hmmmm....guess they don't really match me, I've never really thought about owning any of these dogs (and they sure don't match the ones I have now:D )
The second link was:
1) Pointer
2) Samoyed
LOL whatever. :p
I took the secnd one and it came up with...
1. Rough Collie (:D)
2. Smooth Collie
Hey, looks like we need another Collie! ;)
For the third test, I got:
1-bearded collie
2-Portuguese water dog
3-Tibetan Terrier
4-Soft Coated wheaten terrier
5-poodle (standard)
Shelties were number 9
Er...I've never considered any of these breeds. I didn't really like how this test worked though..they didn't ask about obedience, herding, blahblahblah.
