O.K. - now, tell the truth!:D :D :D
My husband would probably say too much, but I thinks it's just the right amount! :D
Probably 2 hours or 3 a day. But its diffrent everyday.

Difficult question! I will have to devide this in two periods ;)
1) before my operation: 3 hours a day  :D :)
2) after my operation: about 1/2 hour, as I may not sit longer...:(
An awful lot!:D :D :D
Gini
funny, I was thinking about posting almost the same question, only my question was going to be, how much time on the computer?
I will say that before, I was on it off and on most the time, probably up to 5 -8 hours sometimes!
but there is a non-cyber life to get back to... so not that much anymore:p
Um... Errr,..... It's my Homepage....:o :D and I work from home on the computer.... so, um... ALL THE TIME.... Shh don't tell the Boss...Oh, wait I AM the Boss.;)
That is pretty funny because I have the same problem. I AM the Boss too.........but I am thinking of hiring someone who is more strict to tell me to get off of Pet Talk and get back to work!!Quote:

I spend about 1 hour or so a day, depending.
I have PT open from around midday (after the housework is done) until late evening. I'm not present all the time though, but I do look in now and again to see what's going on. :) - and I can easily get stuck! :D
It is also my home page! I spend less time these days than I did perhaps a year ago. Since I work part-time and have a cable modem I am around the house often enough to be able to easily just take a quick peek several times a day. Sometimes, like Randy, I get "stuck" but I don't do the marathon sessions that I used to do! :)
That's a great idea, I think I will make it my home page too.
You got to be carefull because it's easy to get hooked. lol
Pet Talk has become my favorite
site because of all the wonderful people.
What ever could she mean???:D :D :DQuote:

.
i spend usually half an hour to one hour
sometimes i just leave the window open and do other stuff and i'll refresh every now and then to see if anyone said something
i average around 3 hrs a day, i used to do other things on the net, now i dont get a chance, too busy on here at pet-talk, im a regular now, even though i wasnt mentioned in that thread as one boo hoo.
I normally don't get on until 8-10 and stay 1-3 hours really doing absolutely nothing...I haven't been in a mood to reply lately, so I just read stuff. I don't spend all of that time just on pet talk though, just on the computer.
My life(if it counts as one..)
- Sleep
- Eat
- Pets
- PETTALK!
Thats my life...I wake up do the chores and sit on the computor ALL day...I even play with the dogs while Im on the computor. Sad isnt it?
I usually spend at least 2 hours a day and sometimes more on the weekends. :D I'm very addicted and also have no life. :) Actually my life is devoted to my cats. :)
Not as much time as I used to, but I always make sure to check out all the Pet, Cat and Dogs of the day from my work computer . . . bad girl, I know! I have so many cats to care for that I rarely even turn on my home computer but once on the weekend, and then maybe I will add to a thread or something . . . very busy with my gardening and general yard work, along with the cats! :) Many times I will have to go to the archives to catch up on what I missed over the weekend . . . when I go back to work on Monday! :o
I put 4 hours. But since last Thursday the cable has been out and we've had to use dial up, it's a lot more, because it's soooooooo slow.........................
I always check e mail first and then Pet Talk e mail and then the board.
Cable is coming tomorrow to see what the heck the problem is :(
How much time do I spend on PT? Well.....too much....and then again....not enough! ;) :D
If you ask my boss it's too much (course he has no idea I'm here to begin with, and I'd really like to keep it that way!) But if you ask me...not near enough! :D :D
Bump! ;)
I have seen BUMP! on several post. I may be dense but I miss the meaning. Would someone enlighten me.
I don't get to post as much as I'd like, but I lurk while I eat breakfast, lunch, and my afternoon snack and sometimes if I get a few minutes at other times of the day. Sometimes if I'm actually posting I have to start the post and come back to it later in the day when I have more time to finish it.
I can't really calculate how much time I spend on Pet Talk. But I pop on and off throughout the day while I'm working and the same at night and over the weekends.
So I voted, more than I'd like to admit. ;)
Not as often as I used to be as other forums and work keep me away, but I'm still here a long longer than I care to admit. I really need to get a life (or not!) :p
I have many things that I should be doing other than spending time on PT. I have had a Bug that has had me on my back for a while. I use my wifes Eee PC while laying around. I had to spend 2 days in hospital and was able to stay in touch through the hospitals wifi and her Eee.
I love the fact that pet lovers all around the world are just as hooked on PT as I am. Great forum.:D
:) I would say its most of the day.. And oh yes I am addicted..
(laughing right out loud) Easily 90 minutes to 2 hours!
Most recently it's been about an hour a day. It used to be more, but I wasn't getting any work done, so I had to cut back. :o
At least an hour every morning and an hour every evening. I put "more than I want to admit" because I KNOW stuff around the house doesn't get done . . . I just have to check on what the pets are saying, lol!
