What a coincidence! Coming from lunch, I saw a kitten with the same color as Maya Linn. FOR THE FIRST TIME! Maya Linn was the only kitty with this special coloring I knew. But, the kitten's eyes were not blue :(

OMG!!!! When I first signed on, all I saw come up first was the name and INSTANTLY knew that was my baby!!!

I am SO proud!! She has become the alpha female of my house, taking the title from Mollie Rose who is 9 years old and has retired.

Maya, you are my precious little baby and I am so overwhelmed with your beautiful blue eyes.

Beautiful blue-eyed Maya, every animal, and especially (my opinion) every cat, is a MIRACLE, plain and simple. When miracles are put into our paths, everything good in us should rise to the occasion. You, your mama and brother were put in the path of some very good folks at that airport in Puerto Rico!

Little girl, it makes me very happy to hear of your good life. May you grace this world for many, many happy, healthy years!

Moosmom, how about posting some new photos of her? How many of your cats have been Cat of the Day now?

This is the first COTD for me! That's why I was so excited!! I'm going to submit MooShoo and Faberge soon. I just have to get better pictures of them.

BTW, her brother, I'm said to report, was killed by a car when he was about a year old :(.
