When we arrived at the first place, we were met by 3 wonderful kitties. A white one, who was laying on our car before we got out, an orange female tabby and a black shy cat.

Very cute cats . I like the white cat showing his belly, asking for some loving. :)

I love the 2 kitties on John's lap. They really like it there:)

What a neat place to stay on vacation! I've been to places where they had cats, but the cats weren't anywhere near this friendly. How wonderful to be able to satisfy your kitty craving even though you are miles and miles away from your own Fister. :) And they even complied by providing an orangie. :D

How wonderful! Your vacation sounds like heaven with all those sweeties!!

I've seen places on TV where when you check in, you get your own cat for the night. :)

LOL! Yes, MissMeow! Fister was VERY curious about our suitcases when we came back! :eek: Most of our clothes must have smelled from 8 different cats. He has been chatting away for days - probably telling us to NOT EVER cuddle with other cats again!! Or, as the lady in the "cathotel" says, he's missing his new friends there!

On our way to the next place, we passed this mountain. The story is that a young couple who couldn't get each other ran and threw themselves from the top of that mountain. :(

We then arrived to the wonderful place where we stayed for 5 days. This is also the place, from where I posted pics of the two newborn pups in November. They were still there. :)

After 5 days in this wonderful place, we arrived to Nita's and her two cats Sirocco and Neelix.

All these cats were wonderful and very friendly - just like the spanish. :D We met 8 cats all together in our 2 weeks there.

I know that I have shared this story before....but I will tell it again. Years ago I went to Hawaii and we went to a nursery that had all of the local plants and flowers. There was a very large bamboo "forest" - very dense. When I was walking near it this darling orange kitty came bouncing out of the bamboo and ran right up to me - and put his paws on my legs. It was just as though he came out only to see me. He couldn't have been more than a couple of months old.

I mention this because it made me so happy!

I am sure John felt this way too - because it is pretty special when cats want attention - just from you.

Randi, your pictures from Spain are wonderful - it is such a beautiful country! Makes me want to go there!!

That's what I was going to say! I remember him being a very sleek black kitty. Evidently life with Nita is good. ;) :D Before he reminded me of a young Tubby, now he reminds me of a current Tubby. He seems to make the perfect bowling pin. :D However, he certainly is handsome and I'd give him smoochies in a second if I could. :)

And Sirocco is so cute in the flower bed. :D

Those are some HEALTHY looking kitties!! Is Luna a rare female tiger kitty? And Sirocco -- what a sweet beauty! I miss her!
