I'm really hoping Hayley will not have to wear the 'cone' at all! When I bring her in tomorrow night to get her blood work done I'll ask the vet about it.

OMG! Toby is adorable! I loved the one that is up close!! Your captions are great too! Good luck at the white coats, Toby...it will be over before you know it. And, if Toby is a boy, he probably will not wear a cone. ....

Can I ask what kind of camera you have?

I'm going to start looking for a new one because I can't do the close-ups like that, and I also want one that does the little videos. I've been looking at one like my brother has, a Canon, and Sara (Edwina's Secretary) has an Olympus that takes great close-ups, but I'm still looking for other options.

no prob, here's my camera: jvc dv camcorder

this thing is great. it cost around 900 canadian, which is great for a dv camera, one that can hook straight up to your computer with a firewire card/cable. I paid like 60 bucks for the firewire cable, and then another 40 for the firewire card. I was then able to shoot the video, capture it on the computer, edit it in Vegas Video, and export it as a quicktime for you guys to watch :)

Either way, if you want to be able to get video on the internet you will need a camera that allows you to hook up to the computer w/ either firewire or svideo cable or something...

Hayley is going to see Dr. Martin tomorrow. She is going in tonight for her pre-sugery blood work and has to be at the vet office by 8:00 Tomorrow morning. What vet does Toby have to go to?
