*My lovebird, Crackers*

Hello! I'm TRYING to post pics of my lovebird crackers, but its my first time, so please bear with me.:rolleyes: :p
Crackers is the sweetest little birdy in the world! She is extremely active and playful. Plus it ALWAYS looks like she is smiling! lol ;) here are some of her pics. Hope you enjoy!:D

oh ya... My name is Alexa. ;) I was wondering how you make or put pictures in you signiture? How do you get to it? thanks so much in advance;)

hi alexa! welcome. crackers is gorgeous! :D

to put pictures in your signature, go to the top of the page where it says "user cp" click on it. it will bring you to another page. click on "edit profile". then when you scroll down there will be a box that says "signature" like you put pics in this post, copy the adress and put [img] and [/ img] on either side. good luck and sorry if my instructions suck. i'm not too good at explaining :p

OMG! A new birdie to PT! Welcome! Your bird is precious, and yes she DOES look like she/he's smiling! Awww! How cute! Love your signature too! As you can see in my sig, I have two sweet cockatiels, Popcorn and Muffin. I have some pics of them where they have a huge smile going across their face. I just love birdie smiles! Is Crackers your only pet? She sure is a sweetie! Popcorn and Muffin send tiel head rubs to Crackers (but they're only hoping a lovie would accept them!) :D

popcornbird: :eek: Your teils are gorgeous! and i love their names:) I love teils. Also the pics of them in your sig are great! Crackers is a girl, and my only pet. But I'm certainly happy with her!:D I have had her for a little over 3 years.

Jessica12345: Tiki is beautiful too! She/he (?) has very very vivid colors! aww! what kind of bird is she/he?

I'd love to hear more about people's birds, or any of their pets!:)

Thanks! :D I'm sure you are happy with your lovie! How could you not be? :D She's adorable! I've had my tiels for 3 1/2 years, so just a tiny bit longer than you've had Crackers! I love Cracker's name too, and before we named Popcorn, we were going to name him Crackers..........until the whole family decided he looks like buttery popcorn. :rolleyes: So he ended up being Popcorn! LOL

"He" LOL I think he looks like pineapplt/coconut ice cream too! LOL! Muffin's my little pearly girl that was going to be named Miss Muffet because she's afraid of spiders :eek:, but the Miss Muffet slowly changed to Muffin and it stuck! :D

I was actually planning to post new pics today because I took new ones of Muffin, but I'll have to take some of Popcorn. Meanwhile, I'll post some others for you in a minute because all their pics are new for you! LOL

omg! The third one of them cuddling is priceless! aww! that is soooo adorible! aww! And the last one of them playing tug of war with the toy is cute too:) thanks for posting them:) oo and i love both of the ones where they are in the baskets! I love birdy smiles. hehe:D

Thanks! As hilarious as the tug of war pic is, it was even more funny to watch them fighting over that toy! :eek: LOL

And the cuddle pic is probably the best I've ever got of both of them together. They look like "love"birds in it! LOL :D

Jessica, the smilie ones are probably like 8-9 months old. I think I posted them once before you joined, but they are older than the first ones. They destroyed the basket Muffin's sitting in now. Its all torn down and looks like the oldest thing one could have, but they love it so I haven't taken it away from them yet. When I get them a new one, then I'll take it away! They love tearing baskets! LOL

(That's why they have the smilie face in those pics. I believe they were "thinking" of how much fun tearing basket they were about to have!) :eek:

i have two boring budgies who poop, sleep and eat. yaay :rolleyes: their names are rocket and sky. here's a pic but all my pics of them kinda suck :p

well they are pretty hard to tame, depending on who you are and where you get them. i got crackers from Petco, and she was really not sociallized. It took a lot of work to tame her but she is great now!

they can live from 15-30 years! Its better if you only have one lovebird, otherwise if you have two they will like each other and not want anything to do with you. lol

your birds are so cute!:)

Hey Primabella! Don't call your birds boring! They are so sweet. Its not their fault they can't come out of the cage! :p

I love lovies too, but I heard they are known to bite cockatiel toes off! :eek: Even though tiels are larger, lovies are more dominant. They are sweeter as single birds because they bond with only one person (or bird). If you ever get a lovie, you'd have to be careful when it plays with the keets, but it would probably make a great companion for you! Just that they are normally harder to tame than tiels and keets. They are definitely beautiful!
