The FAA intercepted a phone call from an airliner bound for JFK!!!

I was contacted by an investigator for the FAA regarding the following call they intercepted today:

[Unknown caller on an inbound 757]: Is dat you, my smoldering Romeo of delight, who makes my widdle tootsies weak with SWOONIES?

[Unknown receiver -- thought to be in Mass] Is that my goddess of delight, of fluffiness, of wonderment -- my Jewel-iette?

I'm SOOO glad you answered the phone. I've longed to hear your voice so passionately! My bruvver and me have been at the bestest party at Lut's -- I thought you'd be dere, darling. When you didn't come, my world shookied like the Wood Twade Center, only worsey.

Oh dolling, MY bruvver's sick and somebuddy needed to licky his ears. Meowmy does good stuffies, but she doesn't lick ears, at least not cat ears. I couldn't leave Mr. B, as much as my heart longed to see you, caress you, nuzzle you, sniffie you!

Swoonies! You is my knight in fuzzy armor! My bruvver and me snuckied on an arrowpane to a JFK place dat's closer to you than to my Meowmy. Can you come get us? We doden't got passiports so we's gonna need some help, I fink...

The FAA lost the transmission at this point, but were sure that the conversation continued. They wanted to know WHO these illegal aliens were who were using my credit card, speaking in an obvious code, sneaking on-board planes and into this country, raising terrorism issues, and NOT speaking good English!!! :eek: :eek:

I said I had no idea, and laid down with a cold cloth upon my brow! Where are Cassy and Livvy now? Where is Oliver? WHERE'S MY CREDIT CARD? :( :o :rolleyes: Where will this all end? Can New York survive my two wild ones?

Can they sneaky off the plane as easily as they did on? What's to become of them? What's to become of us? :eek:

Oh no , AmberLee .... ! This really amazes me ; Cassey and Livvey had such a great time here and were so well behaved too! Before the stepped on th airplane , they promised me to be good and return straight to their mommy :rolleyes: :rolleyes: . So , where are they now :confused: :confused: :confused: ?? I hope they have enough cat-food , because I put as less weight in their luggage as possible ! Oh oh , I hope that the other cats are all back home now:rolleyes: :confused: ...

Oh no! Cassy & Livvy, please call home, your mommy is so worried about you! Oh, but try and use an anonymous cell phone or something so it's harder for the FAA to track. Not to worry, Mama AmberLee...Livvy and Cassy are fine! (That's putting it mildly) I just got a "heated" long distance call from his Royal Furriness, Oiverrrrrrrrrrrrrr! (I've been looking for him all day!)

Oh, what a tale of intirugue, conspiracy, stealth and cunning! Poor Oliver was inconsolable when he realized that all of his furry friends, including the coveted, captivating Livvy, were partying on the continent!! Alas, big brother Mr. B was quite ill at the time, and being the good furbro that he is, decided that even the alluring Livvy and the enticement of the ultimate cat swaray, could not pull him from his side. Well, that was then!! With Mr. B well on the road to wellness, plan B was clandestinely put into action.

I was a bit suspicious from the start; you know, the tell tale pawprints on the receiver, the missing cell phone, AmEx card, "dress" collar and BRUSH!!!!!! Local authorities reported a devinely handsome Maine Coon/Persian heading west off Cape last night, pawing a ride, holding a sign......."JFK....ONE WAY!

Could it have been otherwise??? After years of unrequited love, longing desire, being just within paws grasp.......the only cure for their unanswered passion...a brief "layover" in the Big Apple!!:eek:

As we speak, the lovely Livvy, and her dashing Knight in Shining Armor, Oliver, are being serrenaded by a string quartet, the sounds of Bach's "Ode to Joy" resonating in their ears as they share a delightful repast of catnip cakes and catnip tea in the Palm Court of the Plaza hotel. A suitable escort for Cassy was tactfully arranged by the consierge. I could barely believe my ears!!!! A SLEEPOVER!! Oh, woe is me!!! But we knew the fates would finally, in the end, have their way!! I have been promised an update in the morning. Last word........DON'T WORRY, MOM!!!! :rolleyes:

I guess telling her that I've stocked up on catnip, wheat grass, and catsip milk aren't going to entice her home as fast as I'd expected when I went shopping...

Cassy and Livvy are home now, finally. The FBI man said NOTHING when he dropped them off. Cassy's slept two days straight; she naps only facing the east coast where her OLIVER is... My credit card somehow looks much thinner, as though it has been run through many, MANY machines. I missed my fur-babies so much, and my credit card, too, although differently you understand.

Livvy calls Massachusettes nightly, and her eyes tear whenever she sees a shrimp (do I even want to know what that's all about?). She had me help her attach a stamp to a passionate valentine earlier... The romance is still on but I don't get a straight answer from any one about tuna, tangos, or even true love.
