I turned around and saw this. All I had was my webcam because my camera battery is dead, but I had to share. Tilly is the one attached to the white paws, and Nutmeg is in the one in her arms :D :D :D

Maya and Inka also sleep like that . I have pics on my digital ; but I haven't found out yet (he he) how to get those on our computer .... . I'm going for advise to the photo-shop this afternoon !

Great pictures everyone. :)

Unfortunately I can't add any since Tubby and Peanut never sleep together. :( They rarely even get close to each other. :( So yes, I guess Samantha has quite a shot at Tubby. :) I think Tubby wouldn't mind snuggling, but Peanut wants nothing to do with him. What a stuck up little......oops, sorry Peanut, you're really a little sweetheart except when it comes to your brother. :rolleyes: :)

Ooohh, Tubby will be so excited! He has to curl up alone too, except when he's curling up next to my leg in bed. :) Since he's all black, sometimes it's hard to tell which way he's laying and it reminds me of how Richard said about which end being which. :D But what a lovely bundle of fur Samantha and Tubby would make together. All that blackwith a few splashes of white thrown in for contrast. Peanut will be downright jealous! (good for her though :p ) :cool: :D

Snowy just noticed those big black blinking kitty eyes above, T&P!

He was staring at them a long time and then his eyes would dart down. And I said where's the kitty? And then he jumped up to the computer, right at it, looked around and started his sniffer. He checked out behind the computer too, to see if that balck cat got behind it.

He was so cute.

Major hugging going on

I just came from the shelter where I volunteer on Tuesday nights and they had an influx of cats this morning. I didn't ask where they came from, but I suspect they had them in the back for several days and brought them all forward for adoption. Anyway, the new facility has "condos" set up for the majority of the cats. They hang out together, sleeping on furniture, book shelves, etc. etc. just like a little house. They cuddle with each other all the time, so there were just loads of "piles" of cats today. There were more there today than I have ever seen. I will find out next week why there were so many. Maybe they got them all from one rescue, don't know.

I wish I had taken a camera along. Maybe I will the next time. I wish I could bring them all home with me. They look very happy though, so that is a bit of a comfort.

Are you talking about the "mamma & baby" room? Volunteers really can't go back there huh? My hubby and I just started volunteering on Saturdays and they have a room like that there. Interesting...
