As always, great fun~! This year they have 60 puppies from Petfinder, all available for adoption. Plus the hammies in the blimp, the pigs as cheer leaders. the tail gaters also cheering, lol. And the kittens will be on the half time show.
Plus I think new this year, Meep,a cockatiel, is tweeting! (on Twitter, lol - not that I have Twitter)

That is definitely my favorite part of Superbowl Sunday. I was happy when Fumble won MVP. As for the critters, I want ALL of them!
Cali lay on the floor, in front of the TV and watched the kitten half time show. When the puppies came back on she went and had a cat nap. But she actually lay there and watched the goings on!! I'm not sure what tickled me more, her head bobing to watch the kittens or the actual kittens on TV.
That sounds so sweet! A small bit from it was shown on the ABC evening news. I wish I could have seen the whole thing.
I thought the black and white terrier quadruplets were so cute! They all were so cute! I saw Meep the cockatiel just for a split second -- I switched from the game to the Puppy Bowl when everyone was out of the room.

I wanted to reach through the TV and scoop up Masquerade, Chestnut and Aurora! And during kitty halftime, there was a Ragdoll kitten who was playing with a red toy on a string, and then giving bunny kicks to a blue toy -- I wanted to scoop that kitten up too! :love: :love:
10 yards penalty for offensive behavior...it's the puppy bowl, not the poopy bowl. Loved that one.
The dog I liked, Marta, was the MVP of the day.
