Fister attempting to go under my duvet

Fister likes to sleep on my bed in the afternoons and sometimes he will call me to come and lift the duvet, so he can go under it and have a nap. This time he didn't quite make it the whole way, though, but he stayed like that and I didn't want to disturb him.

Then later, he come out to sniff his mouse that had been marinated in catnip, and he thought that would be an excellent pillow. :)

In the end he wanted some tummy rubs, which of course, he got. :love:

Oh gorgeous Fister. I am so in love with your orangeness! Cutest pics ever. Buddy likes to get under the blankets sometimes too but he doesn't seem to need assistance. Funny kitties. :)

Looking at these pics again today for a second time. Does Fister let you pick him up? If he were my cat I would be holding him and smooching him regulary! I am able to lift him, but with loud protests. :eek: However, I can snuggle up with him real close and he enjoys that - actually, he asks for it. :) In the mornings after my shower, he is waiting for me, his head on MY pillow and he simply won't move! I just have to lay down with him and he accepts I cover us both with the duvet for a few minutes.

Buddy is the only one of the three of mine that will let me hold him. When I get up in the morning he lets me hold him for a sort while with his paws over my shoulder. When I come home from work I do the same thing and he almost seems like he is hugging me back. He leans into my neck and face. I love to put my nose in his fur and just sniff him. I never dreamed a cat could be so loving and and affectionate.

I just had another look at the pictures of Buddy... awww, what a sweetie he is!! :love: Deep down Fister is also a love bug, but he doesn't always wants to show it - only at certain times. We have this bedtime routine that I absolutely love! Will try to explain it in some other post - some day. :)

Those pictures had me laughing out loud! He got as much undercover as he could and made do....Then the nose by the mouse and him being knocked OUT in the next one like that mouse did him in! :D
