To two beautiful girls, Jasmine and Julianna. They were 8 weeks early so they will be in the nicu for 3 weeks but they are doing great. Mom had to have a csection since they were breach.

Thanks everyone! Today was a hectic day, my daugher was discharged but she was given a boarding room for 3 days. She went home for a while to check on her dogs and I cooked everyone dinner and she got to lay in her own bed for a few hours.
Its hard driving away from a hospital that has your kids in the NICU she teared up when we left.
They are beautiful! Congratulations to mom, grandmom, aunt, and grandpa! :):love:
Thanks Allyser! I only got to hold each one for about 2 minutes, mom and dad get priority.
I can't wait till we have limited access. My daughters boyfriend has been there every minute with her sleeping on the chair in the hospital I am so happy about that he loves them so much already. He didn't have the best childhood and keeps saying why didn't my parents love me like this, i told him they did they just got selfish along the way.

My own mother had to do that with each of us, her children. We were all premies, and while I was technically big enough, I was 5 1/2 weeks early and was jaundiced and had to stay a few days extra, and Lady's Human was also big enough, but had a cleft lip, so he had to stay in for surgery and recovery. Leaving the hospital without your baby in your arms was one of the hardest things she ever had to do.Quote:

Oh my gosh congratulations to you and your entire family! This is so exciting.... two new beautiful baby girls! Prayers for both little beauties and for mom on the way! :love:
The girls both got to come home yesterday. Waiting to hear from my daughter on how the first night at home went, they are suppose to be fed every 2 hours, grandma is hoping they woke up to do that. They both weighed 5.5 pounds when they went home.
