Nicknames for your dog(s)...

Smokey's name is Smokey but I call him:
Smokey Bear
Smokey Joe
Bear Bear
Sugar

Pork Chop is known as P.C. and Porky.

What about you guys? Do you call your dog(s) something that doesn't even relate to their given name?
And Smokey responds really well to Bear Bear. Interesting.

I usually call Chester, Cheddar, I have no idea why:):)
Bobbie is Bobs, BeeBee Girl, Beebs and Baby Girl.

Every week practically I have a new name for Malone. Right now he is Bubs, Bubbers, Baloney, Butterball, Goofy, Stinker, & many more but I can't think right now.

Ginger's nicknames is-Ginger Binger,Ging,Gingerbread,and Gin-Gin.
Ruff's nicknames are-Ruffy Tuffy,Ruffer,Ruffy,Grumpy Ol'Man,Ruffer Tuffer,and Ruffy Boy.

Muskwa didn't have a name until he was about four months old. He still responds very well to "HEY YOU NO!!":p

I forgot these two that I call Malone all the time--Doggerman & Doggerboy.

I call Kia, KiKi quite a bit.

Sometimes I call her honey bunny or baby. At those times, Andy doesn't know if I'm talking to him or the dog. LOL!

OMG Tucker has many ! ! Tuckerdoo, Tuckerdoodle, Moose. Tuckeroo, Munchie Butt lmao

Honey has alot of nick names too.... I mostly call her Honey Bun.

My name is Honey, and my mom always called me Honey Bunny (hence my user name). Definitely see where you're coming from, Kfmar.

My dog's name is Susie, but her foster mom called her Susie Q. Now I think Susie Q is going to be her nickname, which is sad because a month ago I'd have rolled my eyes at people who have "pet names" for their pets. LOL :D

We call our dogs so many names! Some of them get used on both girls though. I try not to do that with some of them, but they slip out and I can't think of many new ones for Destiny. So,

These people used to be on their porch when I'd walk Smokey and before they moved they decided to talk to me and they thought Smokey's name was "Buddy" or "Bud" cuz they would hear me say something like "Come on, Buddy" Or "Lets go, Buddy" . Haha. Nope.

manda99, your post just made me remember something. Its not about a dog nickname but about the nickname my husband had for me. It started by his calling me Babe which progressed to Babs, anyway, there was a new friend of his who, as Fred was always calling me Babs, thought it was short for Barbara and called me that or Babs. We thought it was funny and didn`t let on for ages, and no, he was`t mad when we eventually told him, he thought it was funny too.
