He really is settling in quite nicely. We had some litterbox issues but I've got that sorted out. The litterboxes have always been in the spare bedroom, but he prefers to use the litterbox in my bedroom. Location, location, location. :rolleyes:

He loves his nip and he loves the furry mice. I'm so glad that I brought him home. He's not my heart kitty but he runs a close second.

We know that Max :love: and Spreckles :love:Angels will give Merlin some Angel Love :cool: and they are so happy that their Meeeowmie has made Merlin so Happy and given him a much deserved second chance:love::love:

Oh how sweet! My RB Peeka loved to hang out in the linen closet. I learned to always keep it open b/c that was her safe place. Merlin has claimed his space, it seems. My gosh, look how LONG he is! And he made sure that tail was fully fluffed and stretched out as well. ELONGATED is the word popped into my mind. He wants to take over that entire shelf!

Merlin says thanks and purrs for your comments. Yes, he has a rather long body - longer than I've ever seen in a cat.

The thing I love about him is that he's not camera shy like Max was. I have hundreds of pictures of him on my home computer and a couple of movies too but I have to go back and ready Tubby & Peanut's "posting movies 101" thread.

Since coming back from his trip he just stares out the window. I'm thinking that he's lovesick for his precious Sparkler. :love:
