Vixen is with Lilith now

Vixen is gone. I will tell more later but it is just too raw right now. She is with Lilith now and I know they are happy to be reunited. I love you so much my beautiful girl.

You effected so many lives. You were 1 in a million and you were our little girl.

So sorry to hear. I love the thought of our cats going to the Rainbow Bridge when they have to leave the people who love them.

Thank you all for your condolences & hugs. They mean so much to me.

I will give you a short run down of what happened for now and will later do a proper memorial for my baby girl.

Last night at around 8:30 pm my father in law went into the kitchen to get a cup of tea before bed. He found Vixen on the table...not breathing. 20 minutes prior to this Vixen was on top of the armoire in our bedroom while Guido & I ate. She was completely fine. There was no warning at all. She didn't call for me or make a sound. We rushed her to the emergency vet where she was declared to be deceased. The vet then asked us some questions and checked her out a bit more. The vet then told us it was a blood clot that had traveled to her brain and killed her instantly. The vet told us there was another type of blood clot that would have given us some warning as it forms in the leg and the cat has issues walking. The type Vixen had started near the heart and traveled to the brain so giving no warning signs.

Vixen is now at the vet's awaiting cremation. She should be returned to us between next Monday and Thursday. She just turned 6 years old 3 weeks ago.

It will be so sad seeing the photos of Vixen on the Pet Talkers Cat Calendars.
She is one of Our favorites , and now shes with All Of Our Awesome Angels on their World Tour.
Vixen and Lilith were at the inaugural Ebbonite and Scratchier and New Market Angels Angels Diner, and they had the honor of chooosing the Elvis Burger and Banana Split.
Vixen and Lilith will drop by and see you , and love You their Guardians and Pet Companions, and will see you where the food great and the music cool.

Even though she went quickly and painlessly, that just makes it more sudden and shocking.

Oh my, Vixen was so young. We just don't have enough time w/our furkids, do we, Michelle? I'm so sorry that she's gone but take comfort in knowing that she didn't suffer and now she's on her way to leading the perfect life until you can be reunited.
