Country, although I do like a lot of other music.
Country
but I also love 80's and some good dance tunes
i  pop and country the best
Country
Too many to choose just one.
Sometimes i want classical, sometimes rock, sometimes good old gospel, sometimes bluegrass, sometimes anything a capella, sometimes solo instrumental of any sort ... sometimes blues, country, just about anything
I know I am weird, I have my own personal soundtrack that runs through my head. You can ask me any given moment what song is running through my head, and I can tell you - although I might have to sing it to you, as I can never keep track of the names of classical pieces that don't have words.
I appreciate all music, but my radio is set for 80's, 90's ROCK.
I'm an old head-banger baby! :p:p
I am a Rock & Roller with some blues thrown in. Beatles, Stones, Zepplin, Clapton, Queen, Mellincamp, Michael Jackson and the beat goes on and on..
Alternative and classical.
i like a mixed bag when it comes to music. I love the oldies best but really like all music from classical to bluegrass. When I say all music that leaves out hip-hop and rap. I find both to be for the most part offensive and at times down right vulgar. Ok so I'm a prude, just shoot me.;)
For listening, I love the 60's.
For dancing, I love Big Band / Swing / Jitterbug
I like blues, rock and classic (especially Bach).
I perform jazz (old style standards and such) and folk so those are closest to my heart, but I will try anything once! I really love to listen to world music and anything that is extremely different - I enjoy being shaken to my core by something I have NEVER heard the likes of before, even if I don't particularly want to hear it often. High School faves Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Joni Mitchell. I absolutely ADORE Peter Gabriel and old Genesis. I like ambient music a lot too - stray sounds and meditative music. . .didgeridoo, drumming, flutes. All that!
I like anything except hard rap crap, heavy metal and whatever it is called when they just SCREAM their heads off.
I listen to alternative in my car. Bruce likes classic rock. But we also enjoy country.
;) I like a little bit of ever kind of music.. However I can not deal with acid or punk music..
Rock, alternative, some 80's, EBM, synthpop, industrial, gothic....
Many kinds; mostly whatever New Age is called these days; classic rock, classical, Renaissance era, Baroque era.
As Brooks and Dunn would say.... "play somethin' COUNTRY!" ;)
I'm with Karen - just about anything. But my faves are
Classic rock
Oldies
Contemporary Christian music
Classical music (two of the CDs in my car are Conni Ellisor's "Blackberry Winter" performed by the Nashville Chamber Orchestra and a recording of Bach's Brandenburg Concertos that I bought for $5 at a used music store)
Jazz and big band music
Israel Kamakawiwoʻole (Bruddah Iz) - you might be familiar with his recording of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"
