Spoiled

HOW SPOILED IS YOUR CAT? YESTERDAY MY SISTER ENDED UP FEEDING BAXTER ONE OF BENGALS A SINGLE GRAIN AT A TIME BY HAND.

Boy o boy all my cats are spoiled. They get cat treats for no reason, they roam around wherever they want to in the house, they sleep all over me (especially when the electric blanket comes out). basically they get whatever they want.

My previous cat Sydney (RB) was spoiled like this ....! He got lots of treats , and food ! Later , he was on a diet , because he gained to much weight ... ! He died at 23 months of a heart-attack , he had a heart-disease .
After all , I am not sorry I gave him to many treats ; his life was meant to be short , because of that disease . At least he got everything he wanted in his short life !!!

My new cat Maya is not getting extra treats nor extra food . She is a beautiful and healthy cat , and I do not want to get to much weight on her . So , food 3 times a day , and a treat once a week !!
She is spoiled in another way , haha . She can choose between at least 6 different places (baskets , beds , pillows) to take her naps ! I also got her a water-fountain : she loves to drink from that !!!

Spoiled, well Maya eats like a Queen and then naps like one too. See pictures for evidence!!!!!:D

I cannot being to tell you how spoiled Dudley is... I must say tho, that the rats have him beat by about 40%- but he is still spoiled

Maya definately looks like the queen of the house!!! Boy will my cats be jealous when they see the pic of her with her own seat at the dinner table!

My cats are pretty spoiled. They get a big cat tree that cost just as much as MY bed which they also get to sleep on. THeir two little bodies seem to take up twice as much space as my big body. THey have a window perch, treats, lots of toys all over the house which I always step on. And of course a whole lot of love.

CATS ARE MEANT TO BE SPOILED BECAUSE THEY ARE GREAT FAMILY MEMBERS.

Fister doesn’t think he’s at all spoiled, he thinks it completely natural that he totaly and absolutely dominates our flat and everything in it!

Cat Factory...you must be kidding? My cats are packing their little bags right now, and will be there on the next Greyhound (hey, they don't get much pocket money)! What a wonderful room!!! I now know I am not crazy- you are:D :D :D

Cat Factory that looks amazing! How long has it taken you to accumulate all that fun stuff? I would love to set something up for my girls.

Mine are spoiled too. They always eat first in the morning before I get my breakfast, and if they are sleeping on the bed with me, I always contort myself into interesting positions so as not to disturb them! :D

Me and my Sister made all the Scratching posts:) We bought the Cat Spa at PetsMart for 24.99 about a month ago, and they love it!

All the kitty Treats on the Kitty Shelf, we took awhile to collect:D The have about 50 bags of treats up there:D

It took us a couple of months to build all the scratching posts.:)

Everyone's pictures are so cute. :) The cat factory, that room is great. I bet your cats really love it. :) My cats are very spoiled too. They have two cat trees, a tower, 2 tents, a cat condo, 5 cat beds, many many toys and a pet fountain. Here are a few pictures of some of their things.

What great pictures!! That room is amazing! I would love to have a cat room....hmmm...maybe we need a THREE bedroom apartment when we move in June!! :D

I just bought the exact same cat spa on the weekend for my cats and they love it too! (When I first looked at it at the store I thought it used water and batteries, but it doesn't. It's all plastic and catnip :D) Bassett especially likes it, and I'm glad because she is grooming herself on it. I would recommend it to other kitty moms and dads!

Did you create plans before you made the posts? How many are there in total? I ask because I want to make some posts for mine too (store bought ones are WAY out of my budget!), so any advice would be much appreciated. You can PM me or if others are interested, please post here!! :D :D

We made plans for a few of the posts. We have 5 posts in total I think. One of the posts is a little shelf which has 3 floors (5 actually, but only 3 big enough for the kitties). I agree with you about store bought posts being too expensive! Some are $40 for a little post, that's not even stable!

We used Hot Glue and Nails to attach the Carpet, and Screws to attach the Main Post and the Base together. If you need anymore advice, you can PM me, or post here...Oh, and your kitties will probably trying to hop on the new post before it's even finished when your making it! Mine did:D

Oh what fun this thread is!!! Maya -- another wine drinking kitty I see! Fister....king of his castle and A CAT ROOM!!!!

BTW...Edwina says she isn't spoilt. IN fact she is quite fresh! :D ;) :rolleyes:
