I had my darling girl put to sleep this morning: here at the end her kidneys were starting to fail too, and the doctors assurance that she wasn't in much pain didn't ring true with what I was seeing of her changes and behavior at home.
My home feels so empty without my precious girl. Cassy seems confused, too. I just ache.

I am so sorry to hear this. I am in tears for you. I'm sure my Taz and the other recent bridge kitties will welcome her and show her around.

AmberLee, I'm so sorry for your loss.:( When you called me I was shocked to hear this sad news.:( Too many PT cats have been going to Rainbow Bridge lately.:( I wish I could say something to ease your pain but just remember that you did the right thing and now Livvy is pain free and at peace and playing happily at Rainbow Bridge with my cats Starr and Pepper and many other PT cats. Every time I see a new, familiar, name in the Cat Memorial thread, I just hug my boys and kiss them over and over.:love: They're getting a bit tired of it now, so I hope this stops! My thought are with you on the loss of you dear Livvy. She is out of pain now, and thanks you.

I'm barely able to type for the tears, AmberLee. My heart is breaking for you, and for Cassy. I still can't believe it.:(:(:( The beautiful Lady Olivia d'Flufferuni will forever be linked in heart and spirit with my Oliver, her Knight in Furry Armour, and Pet Talk will not be the same without her. Her love and affection for my boy, and his for her; the relationship they shared long distance over these many years brought so many smiles to so many, most of all to me and to Oliver. We are so sorry to hear about Lady Olivia, truly a fine Cat and a Lady as well.
She now has her wings of Silver and Gold and is touring the French Riviera with the Pet Angel Army.
Shes going to be missed but she will drop by in spirit to see how her family is.
And shes going to find that special place in Paradise where you can all be together in love.

Oh, I am sad for you as you go though the pain of loss. I have out-lived some wonderful feline friends and like human friends and relatives I have also out-lived..it is always hard to say good-bye.
I was so shocked to learn of this news about Livvy. I had no idea she wasn't well and am so sorry she needed to make that final trip to the Rainbow Bridge. Too many PT kitties have gone recently :( Livvy sure was a special girl and will be missed.

In a way, her health seemed to fail really, really quickly. Not sure if it's real or my memory acting up...
