I got my puppy! It's a wonder...

My little Toller Finny is such a joy! He is the smartest dog on the earth(in my oppinion!). He is already loving to fetch,and good at it. He loves to swim, as we found out yesterday. He jumped in our pool! I couldn't believe it. The breeder said that she had a dog that learned how to swim at 2 weeks! He can already come, and knowes his name, and he slept threw the night( it was it's second night at our house) last night. It sleeps a lot, it's napping right now, as a matter of fact. It is so smart, it's such a love( soooooo effectionate), and...it's just my Puppy Finny! Pray that his training go's well, and that he wouldstay safe from parvo( a disease that he can get from the grass). He has his first vet appointment today. I hope it go's well. I am just in a flurry and I feel like Im on the top of the wrold! I love Finny!

I'm so glad to be the first to congratulate you on the new arrival :) What fun to have a puppy to love and train! Don't worry about parvo virus, there is a shot for it that is given to the puppies with everything else they need. Have a long and happy life with Finny and let us know about his puppy adventures. ;)

I knew you were getting little Finny on SUnday and have been meaning to ask you about him since then! I am so happy for you! Enjoy puppyhood while you can; they grow up so fast! It seems like just yesterday that Daisy was shredding her toys, knocking over the trash, and waking me up to go out at 2 in the morning! Oh, wait, that was just yesterday!!! ;) Hehe. Anyway, I know you will enjoy your life with Finny. You certainly have been waiting a long time for him! As the saying goes, good things come to those who wait. Good luck with your training, and give him some kisses for me.

Congrats! I remember when I first got my puppy, he was the sweetest thing in the world and nothing but a ball of fur. I can't wait until we get our new puppy :D . Is Finny a Nove Scotia Duck Tollng Retriever (you have mentioned them before)? Do you have a picture of him? I would love to see him, he sounds like a cutie. Good luck, as with most puupies you are going to need it! Hehe.
