I haven't been posting too much lately due to the holidays and being sick but The Gang and I thought it was time to say Hi and share some new pictures.

Grandpa Ripley will be 17 years old on March 2.

Lori, these sure are great pictures. All of your cats are gorgeous.:) I'm glad that the prozac is still working for Rocky. It sure has helped Storm and Starr. Did Moxie grow? I remember her being so much smaller than Decker. Now she looks almost the same size as him.

Your furkids are all stunning! How do you keep the long hairs so well groomed? I'm having problems w/Pidge again. Now that her hair has grown back, I have to be more diligent about brushing her and she detests it. I tried to get her used to it by brushing her a few minutes every day but it didn't work. She smacks the brush out of my hand and bites me, too. Now she's getting small clumps at her hindquarters and her health is too precarious to put her under to have her shaved again. Any tips for me? You're doing such a wonderful job! :)

Same question here!! Zazou had to be shaved last summer, because of tight knots in her long fur too.

KAK - yes it seems Moxie has grown recently. She used to be about the same size as Scout but now she's bigger. Strange for a cat to have a growing spurt at 2 years of age.

Medusa and Lut - I think I'm lucky with the long haired cats. Ripley get a few mats around his hips and tail but nothing major and Rocky gets them on the inside of his back legs but Rumor hardly every mats. Her mane will clump and fall out in the spring but that's about it. She won't let me brush her either. Rocky will tolerate it for a minute and Ripley LOVES to be brushed.

Barbara - these pictures definitely don't tell of all the sickness and problems we've been having lately. I'm just trying to put on a happy face and not wallow in it.

Gosh, they're all so beautiful!! How I enjoyed seeing the photos. :) They sure have some nice beds, towers and hammocks, and a great view to the outside - spoiled, as they should be. :D

I wanna come steal Moxie!! She is just adorable!! They are all just stunning cats really, Moxie is just such a cutie! She's also named after my favorite soda!

The face you were talking about, Pichu has it too. And he gives it to me when he's happy and want me to know. I call it "sexy eyes" :)
