Bodea's Fall Jaunt (three photos)

Hi folks,
What a beautiful summer it has been here! Now we are slowly getting into fall and Bodea is enjoying the walks even more (not so hot, Mom), LOL.

You know I am a big Bodea fan. :D She looks very pretty running in the wildflowers. And a girl as pretty as she should definitely have a gold bone on her neck. :)

Thanks for the nice replies. I have a confession to make. For some time now I have been hoping to get a little puppy sibling for Bodea. I took the plunge this afternoon.

I now have a standard dachsund male pup for Bodea and I to play with :)

His name is Henry. Photos soon. The little rug rat is asleep at the moment. He is only 8 weeks old. Bodea is enjoying cleaning his ears.

Oh my goodness, congratulations. :D I am sure that Bodea will be a great big sister. A dachshund, huh? How cute! Can't wait for pictures.

Oh, Bodea, you are so beautiful. I am glad you are having a great time taking walks with mom. And now a baby brother to play with! He is very cute in his own way but you are still one beautiful girl! Will be looking forward to seeing more pictures of you and Henry!

Bodea is doing so well with little Henry. She could step on him but manages to dance around him quite nicely. When she gets a bit rough, I say "Kisses only, Bodea." and she knows to be gentle. This also worked with the cats.

Henry is just a wee little guy with lots of need for sleep and cuddles. We will have lots of fun! :love:

Oh my goodness! How did I miss this thread?? We are huge Bodea fans here and I am just oohing and aahing at all of your beautiful pictures! Little Henry is precious! I am going to love seeing and hearing more about both Bodea and Henry. You have taken some gorgeous pictures and your two subjects are just perfect! :cool:

Thanks so much. Right now as I type, Henry is on the couch and Bodea is taunting him. He's barking. They are at the same level and making good play time LOL.

I wish Henry would whine less at night, LOL. It will come in time.

OMGosh, that is so cute. He looks a bit overwhelmed by his new big sister, but she is being so gentle. :) Glad to hear that they are playing together.
