I just felt like sharing some pictures I took while I was house sitting last week. Scenery pictures aren't really my thing, and I've never really taken any before, but I thought they turned out nice. There are also some deer and a squirrel too. I hope you like them!

OK..what's your secret? How'd ya get a deer, cattle and a squirrel to pose so beautifully for you? Holy Crap! What gorgeous pictures! I'm blown away! Of course you already know how I feel about Dance, but, but, but...critters that don't normally stand still enough...

These are beautiful! Different species of deer and squirrel than I was expecting.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PHOTOGRAPHY!! My gosh you live in a beautiful area and your pictures are awesome. Hubby just got a picture of a young buck in our back yard the other day and was so excited (we live in a suburban area with traffic all around). It must be wonderful to be surrounded by such beauty.

Hmmm I can't offer you that scenery, but want to come housesit for me in Sept? Sue won't take Ramone. :( Seriously, you should think about it. :D

Haha, it was nice for the first few days, but then I got really bored. There were no people around to talk to, and I was scared to take Dance for long walks as there were lots of bear sightings by neighbours.



Joyce, my camera does have pretty good zoom, but the animals aren't very shy of people over there. The squirrel let me get within about a foot of her and just kept chomping on the bird seed. The deer don't leave as long as you're really slow and quiet either. They stopped and looked at me sometimes, but pretty much just carried on doing what they were doing.

I had to come back here again now for another look at your beautiful photos. This has been my background since I visited here last time. What a great shot! ;)
