Welcome Mister Peacock!!

At lunchtime, we got a very special visitor: a peacock! He came really close to the window, so..... I took some fantastic pictures!

Our cats saw it all from behind the window; they ran from one window to another one; this was some large "birdie" !!!

I can well imagine the kitties running form window to window. How much did they break? Mine get going and look out lamps, frames, vases, etc. cRaSh!

He's definitely a full grown male so I'd say he's looking for a MATE! :D Zazou, are you it? :p ;) Hehe! Great pics! :D

I know a couple people that have/raised them and said they like to wander off.
One of my coworkers had one just show up at her house one day and decided to stay!

There are peacocks roaming wild in my country; they often stay around farms.
But I think that this one does have an owner, because he is wearing a ring!!
Hehe, maybe that's his wedding ring lol:)

My cats all "chatter" their teeth when they spot a bird outside. Wonder
how loud they'd get seeing a bird that big?:) It's a beautiful bird.

He's probably been looking for Zazou... When he finally sees her, THAT'S when he'll spread his tail and display his finery, in the hopes of winning her heart!

So pretty! I'd love to have wild peacocks around here!
