May I share some new pictures of Lydia?

Here are some recent pictures of Lydia and a couple of her best pal, Malone too. I can't believe how much she is growing and changing lately. She looooves to read books and will sit quietly in the living room for an hour at a time just looking at books. :) She is also talking so much...I would guess that she says about 50 different words now, but her favorites are 'Grampa', 'doggy', 'cookie', na-night, 'bubbye', 'baby' and 'mama'.

A quick funny story...I was teaching her that 'doggy says bow wow wow, woof woof woof'. So about a week ago, I said to her "What does doggy say?" And she responded by sticking her tongue out and panting, and this is now her standard answer. lol :D

Hi, there, Lydia! Good to see you, you sure are getting big! It's good to learn from our doggies, isn't it?

My Sheba dog taught me lots, including to look both ways before I crossed the street. I am sure my parents tried to teach me, but Sheba's lesson, I remembered!

Oh, she's a cutie. Malone looks like her guardian, for sure. Lydia's gorgeous.

Anna she is a little doll and growing like a weed. I love the little *ponytail* on top of her head. I used to do Robyn's hair that way when she was little. :) Her daddy said it looked like a whisk broom! LOL! Thanks for the smiles this morning. Hug both Malone and Lydia for me, OK?

Oh my, Lydia is such a sweet & precious little one. I'll bet she loves to

Isn't it great that she now has enough hair that you can put it up in a cute hairstyle.
That's so funny that she thinks a dog makes the sound of panting.
My son was the same way when he was about Lydia's age because I did childcare for a family with an old husky dog during the summer and she panted a lot because of the heat but she rarely barked.:)
